I stumbled onto the rooftop bar on a night out in Healdsburg. The food and drinks were honestly just okay... I expected more, since the view is amazing, it looks glamorous from the street view, and we're in Healdsburg - why are we not investing in the experience! The heaters were subpar, considering that this is a rooftop bar with heaters I assumed it would be warmer. Food and drinks were served fast. Service and food not worth it for the price point.

Truly disappointed with our experience. We booked two nights in one of their suites recently for an important celebration and were forced to leave after only one night. The management didn't offer to make our experience right either by fixing the situation or by offering any type of compensation. Needless to say, our trip was ruined by this experience. The issue was the bed. It was uncomfortably soft. It felt like you were laying on a beanbag hammock chair. There was zero back support laying on this mattress that was fitted with some type of thick pillow top which made it impossible to lay flat. When you laid in the bed, you sank into the curved spot where everyone that's ever slept in this bed rested. All night, there was absolutely no way for my wife and I to get comfortable or to get any rest. We tried spreading out in a variety of positions, including laying horizontally on the bed. It was beyond impossible to sleep. What made matters worse was a blinking/strobing light right above the bed. It flashed about every 6-10 seconds, all night long. You could see the flash even with your eyes closed. The next morning we both got up with hip and back pain that we haven't experienced before. I went to the front desk first thing in the morning to complain and to see what options there might be to either move rooms or see if they could modify the bed somehow so we could stay in Healdsburg and attend our special dinner that evening. The person at the front desk seemed unconcerned about our experience and deferred me to the manger that comes in at 9am. We called the front desk to speak with the manager once he was in and all he offered was that he would speak with housekeeping to see if they could do anything to fix the bed and that he'd get back to us. Nearly two hours goes by, no call from the manager so I called to follow up. He said he hadn't had time to call housekeeping to see if anything could be done and suggested we check out rather than come up with a solution to continue our stay. So we ended up leaving early, exhausted, in discomfort and upset our trip was ruined. We had to cancel our dinner reservation we'd been looking forward to as well. When we checked out, they tried to charge us for valet parking, something that was supposed to be included with our stay. My wife had to pull up their website to prove it that it was included! It was insulting and petty to try to charge us for parking after the experience we just had. I would not suggest staying at this hotel.

Wretched hide-and-bed with cobbled together bedding, super thin mattress and metal bar that hyper-extends your back.

Rented a "Founder's Suite" with a bedroom and a hide-a-bed. Everything started great until we got back after dinner and tried to go to bed. In-laws stayed in the bedroom and we were staying on the hide-a-bed... but no bedding. Called to the front desk for bedding. Call got transferred to a different property. They transferred my call back to our hotel which instead hung up on me. Fine. Went down to the front desk to find a very sketchy host. He said he understood and headed off to find bedding. Not sure if he was coming back I stayed in the lobby. Find out from my wife he had gone up to the room and kind of just barged in without saying anything. Not ok. Bedding ends up being sheets, pillows (ok) and some cobbled together blankets that don't fit the bed. Tried to sleep on the bed but it is a 1970-80 style hide-a-bed with a super thin mattress and a metal bar going across that hyper-extends your back. I write this review now sleeping on the couch cushion on the floor because the hide-a-bed is unbearable. Also, cannot adjust the thermostat to make the room comfortable. Do NOT recommend staying here.

Harmon Rooftop at Harmon Guest House is a fun spot for drinks and bites! Enter through the hotel lobby and take the elevator or stairs up a few flights to the roof. They don't take reservations so go early or go with a backup plan. Went with a few girlfriends and we enjoyed different versions of their spicy margarita. They were willing to customize, which was very much appreciated. We shared shishitos, tuna tartar, and the slider with fries. Everything was tasty and reasonably priced (cheaper than our last night out at The Montage!). I really like this spot!

*This review is for the hotel's services and offerings, NOT the hotel itself* After seeing on their website (see picture) that I could book a private yoga session at their hotel, I jumped on it. That is where my trouble began. No one at the hotel knew much about it. Then, come to find out that the info on their website is old and hasn't been updated for years. The yoga instructor they have listed hasn't worked there since 2020. After going back and forth for days, I finally got ahold of the current yoga instructor and booked a private class. I was told by the hotel that there would be a room where we could hold the session. I confirmed with the guests and sent out a final itinerary. Then TODAY, (class is scheduled for tomorrow) I get a call from the hotel saying that I would have to pay a rental fee to use the room. The fee is $300! That is on top of what I already paid to the yoga instructor which was $250. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE and goes against what they advertise on their website! That being said, the concierge Charmaine was helpful and I know she tried to have the fee waived. I don't know who has the authority to waive the fee but SHAME ON YOU!

Amazing view!!! Great bites and cocktails was delicious. server forgot her name maybe ashley? Top notch service. will be back for sure!

A delightful end to an even more extravagant, luxurious and family fun filled holiday season in Healdsburg. It will be missed you doing Browne in LA at our home forever in our hearts, are the shrimp, tostadas and unforgettable Bonnie sliders.

From the very beginning of the meal, there was a clear sense of precision, elegance, and intention. The opening presentation was stunning, filled with an assortment of beautifully composed small bites featuring oyster, mushroom, sea bream, and a variety of other seasonal ingredients. Each bite felt delicate yet purposeful, showcasing both technical refinement and remarkable balance. One of the most memorable dishes of the evening was the bluefin tuna moriawase paired with strawberries. Normally, fruit in savory dishes tends to feel distracting or overly sweet to me, but the execution here was exceptional. The chefs managed to create a harmony between sweetness, tartness, acidity, and umami that elevated the tuna rather than overshadowing it. It was a dish that felt thoughtful, restrained, and incredibly well composed. The consistency throughout the progression of the menu was equally impressive. Course after course arrived with meticulous presentation and a strong sense of identity. Every dish felt polished and intentional, balancing visual artistry with flavors that were equally compelling. There was never a moment where the meal lost momentum, and the pacing allowed each course to feel distinct while still contributing to a cohesive experience. That said, there was one course that completely missed the mark for our group. The milk and honey dessert, which resembled a sponge cake topped with a whipped goat cheese foam, was overwhelmingly pungent and difficult to approach as a dessert course. The intensity of the goat cheese dominated every other component, to the point where it felt less like a composed dessert and more like being punched by a goat farm. Looking around the dining room, it seemed we were not alone in our reaction. Interestingly, when we mentioned that this was the only dish we did not enjoy, we were told, "if at least 1 out of 10 guests enjoy it, we consider it a win." It was certainly an unexpected response, especially given how polished and thoughtful the rest of the experience had been. Even with that misstep, the overall meal was exceptional. SingleThread succeeds in delivering a dining experience that feels elegant, immersive, and deeply personal. Between the artistry of the presentations, the balance of flavors, and the technical execution across the menu, it remains one of the most impressive three Michelin star experiences in California.
