The booking, checking in, checking out, closing process was all incredibly easy. The team was very friendly and easy to work with at Birdsong. Shante was incredibly communicative about all aspects of our stay. The house... absolutely gorgeous. Everything you could want in a beautiful getaway. Pool, spas, firepit, games... the beds were ridiculously comfy, the kitchen well stocked with equipment- I never wanted to leave! I will be recommending this location to anyone who is looking for the perfect wine country getaway!

Stuart and Holly who manage the place were ultra accommodating and helpful. They thoughtfully greeted us in the private parking lot when we pulled up. For our small group, I went with the 3 BR/3 BA suite. Allowing our baby his own crib in his own room was really nice. This allowed the rest of our party to chill out and relax in the living room and kitchen areas when the little guy needed to get some ZZZZZs. The suite itself is absolutely amazing. There is a really modern feel to the space. Little cool touches are everywhere. A perfect example is how each room in the suite can fully individualize the temp with its own Nest thermostat. For your viewing pleasure, there is a Blu-ray equipped, giant flat-screen TV in the comfy living room. Each bedroom also has its own flat-screen TV that magically appears from the foot of your bed with the push of a remote..so cool. The full kitchen and dining area are well-appointed with high-end gas range/oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, full-size fridge and Keurig coffee maker. There is even a full-size washer and dryer to add further convenience. Linens and toiletries are all top-notch. We really enjoyed the large soaking tub with the adjacent gigantic dual-shower room (yes, the shower is like a 5' x 8' space). Probably the best thing about Two Thirty-Five is location, location, location. This place is situated right in the heart of downtown Healdsburg. Spots like Partake, Cafe Lucia and La Crema are literally footsteps away in the same complex. A whole host of other wonderful spots are within a 5 min walk. Since checking in a few days ago, we have had the chance to really get a taste of the downtown area. Among the walking-distance must tries we've discovered: -Bravas Bar de Tapas -Shed -Moustache Baked Goods (crazy good cupcakes) -Flying Goat Coffee -Downtown Bakery & Creamery -Cafe Lucia -Wurst (awesome hot dogs/burgers) -Williamson Wines (free tasting paired with nice cheese bites) -Chalkboard -Partake -La Crema WInes -Cartograph Wines With a couple more days to go, we can't wait to sample even more of the local flavor. Covid 19 restrictions and stay at home orders caused us to cancel our trip. Keep in mind it would have been against California law for us to travel to or stay at this location during this time. The Wine Stay is refusing to refund any of our money paid including the $1500 damage deposit. Total $7153.57. When offered a stay credit for the same house, the same week 1 year later the cost of the house is suddenly $2600 more to stay at then what is listed on their website currently. The Wine Stay may offer beautiful homes to stay in but they are horrible people who are using Covid 19 to turn a profit. Shameful.

We had a very comfortable stay and love that it's walking distance to restaurants, shops and tasting room. Nice little extra perk for the $40 credits to Cousteaux bakery ( which you can access from their back door right across the street) The reservationists are friendly and helpful. Yvonne even helped my husband arranged flowers delivery prior to our arrival for my surprise for our Anniversary. The place has ample space, a cute nook and small kitchen fully equipped with coffee maker, small stove top, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator and freezer. All you would need for a little weekend getaway in this wine country charm. They also have free wine tasting included however you must booked the tasting at least 24 hours in advance. All in all a lovely, quaint and clean place. I would come back for another stay in a heartbeat.

The front desk staff just handed us a card to contact the manager, who basically told us we were wrong and offered us no other option but to change the date of our reservation. He actually hung up on us while discussing the issue. Why would we want to stay at this place on another date given the condition and treatment we were given? Additionally, while still in conversation about the issue, keys were taken from us. When the manager refused to offer any other option and told us the room was still ours, we were unable to access the room at all at this point, with no answer from the front desk at all. Please, spare yourself the time and turmoil. This place provides no options and takes advantage of its customers. Tom treated us poorly and hung up on us, rather than finding a solution.

My wife and I had always talked about how one year, we would like to go out to northern Sonoma with…read moresome friends and rent a house in a vineyard. This was the year it happened. Pezzi King has a guest house on the estate overlooking the working winery. The house has 4 king bedrooms, each with its own bath. (One of the bathrooms is across the hall from its room.) And each bedroom has a door opening to the outside with tables and chairs nearby. This worked out great as it allowed 4 couples to go on the vacation. We were together but each had our own space if we wanted it. There was satellite TV hooked up in each bedroom, but no TV in the main common area. Come winter, the fireplace would be nice. The weather was beautiful so we spent most of our time on the deck looking over the vineyards and winery. Two nights we grilled out on the deck's BBQ. There is a full gourmet kitchen if you would rather cook inside; almost overkill for breakfast. There is a hot tub which was used a couple of evenings after dinner. The drive up the mountain to the house after dark can be a little nerve rattling due to some of the hairpin curves. Biggest issue was that the house wi-fi was spotty at best. Most days we couldn't even connect. All in all, we had a good time and made lots of great memories.
