This was my first and LAST time shopping here…read more The employee was rude and was trying to avoid me to look on his phone the entire time. I purchased a glass pipe and a disposable vape. The vape didn't work at all, and when I came back a few minutes later, they completely refused to exchange or refund it. There goes $20 down the drain. Also the glass pipe had a crack inside when I unwrapped it. I suppose it's my mistake for not taking a closer look before paying... but I didn't expect them to be selling a $50 pipe with cracks in it. Terrible service, terrible products, won't be back.

When I asked why, the worker told me the boss told him NOT to give me the items posted on the giveaway because he wasn't sure if I followed the rules, which I did. And I showed them the screenshots as proof. They didn't expect me to come in. When I walked in, the worker just shook his head because he knew he was in trouble. Absolutely con artists. When I left the shop they blocked me on Instagram and even posted a picture of the incorrect items on their story. I have all the screenshots and posts and proof. They also don't card. I'm 32 but I most definitely look like I'm about 17. I have never dealt with such custy folk in my life. Bad business, do NOT recommend anyone giving them your money.
