Closest dealer for service. I recommend. They did the work I requested and even installed the after market accessories for me.

First, Since I move here a couple months ago they have been almost imposible to work with (because they dont follow up mainly) Iv been in store and called and left a message with employees 5 times with the promise of a call back and more information for an issue I have with my bike...I have received zero help or call backs. Secondly is their price gouging. PCB and FWB Harley are right down the road and will beat Dothan by hundreds. Services and normal wear items are out of this world expensive here. $500+ for a tire?!? Absolutely insane! PCB will put the exact same tire, mounted and balanced for $279. Everyone told me this dealership was trash and I tried to give it chance. I spend a significant amount of money with Harley, and I ride roughly 20-30 thousand miles a year on my bikes. I'll be taking my business to PCB Harley from now on, which is a shame since I live right down the road. Also a shame given I'm looking to buy a new bike this spring and gotta drive an hour away to go do business but it is what it is. I'm not the only one with these complaints. Most people Iv spoken with warned me before hand. If anyone at the dealership reads this, please figure it out. It be nice to use the dealership that's 10 min down the road. read more

I took my bike here for service wow it was done quicker and for less than I was told. Service dept was great!! They called me twice with updates. Bike runs perfectly and it's a buell so :-) Looked around the store while I was there and they have a nice inventory as well. read more

Cannot say enough great things about Harley of Dothan. The sales folks are super knowledgeable and aren't pushy at all. They run a Harley Davidson Riders Academy (Motorcycle Safety Foundation) which is an incredible class- from those who have never rode to experienced riders, this is a great class. Just stopped in to buy some boots, found the boots I wanted but couldn't get anyone to sell them to me, in fact the only person who acknowledged my presence was a salesman but not very enthusiastically! Maybe they were just having an off day, since I was the only customer in the place and not a regular, who knows! Had my previous Harley serviced here and bought my 2014 Limited at Dothan Harley. The complete staff has been nothing but fantastic and very customer oriented. I visited 5 different Harley Davidson dealerships over the Christmas holiday and each fell way short of the Dothan dealership for customer service. The renovation makes finding things a little harder, but someone is always there to help you find what you are looking for. I think my wife likes the dealership more than I. so last year I traded in 2 bikes for 1.Dealt with Garett and transaction was smooth and fine.Well tried not to long ago to trade in again and was looking at several bikes and he said he doesn't have time to discuss multiple bikes with me,that heed feeds his family with his job and didn't have time to go over what I wanted,only one or 2,i thought wow that's horrible customer service.Got a call from his manager next day and he apologized for the unprofessional behavior and we tried to work a deal,unfortunately couldn't get the numbers right.So today I reached out to Garett and asked if he wanted to give it another shot and said he doesn't want my business....oooookkkk..I guess he speaks for the owners and wants to drive away my business.this was the most unprofessional salesman I have ever dealt with car truck boat motorcycle or otherwise.Ive bought 7 Harleys in last 10 years and will .I most certainly never try Dothan Harley Davidson again,why would a company keep someone on staff like this??I will leave this review as many places as possible,go somewhere that wants your business people read more
