I was running late and called Country's, they stayed open passed closing time to wait for me and remained for several minutes to explain in detail what they had done and things I should have done in the future. I feel confident recommending Country's to anyone in need of motorcycle service, everyone is extremely polite (difficult to find these days) , larger companies should take a look at businesses like Country's and take note of what good customer service is. Update: What can I say about my second trip to see Country's? Well, I had an unknown issue on a custom bike with a complicated history. They had it figured out and had me back on the road in a few days (major work). On the way home I had an unrelated breakdown and they came and picked me up on the side of the highway after quitting hours. They apologized for an unknown problem that turned out to have had nothing to do with the work they had done. I'll be a lifelong customer as long as they're around!
