Stopped by today at this....... business seems like a poor word to describe it but let's go with that. My friend made the mistake of buying his bike there and needed some information. While there I noticed their labor rate was lower then I was quoted at another dealership and I needed a very minor/quick adjustment done on my rear shock. I literally just needed them to turn a metal ring about 12 times that is easily accessible without needing to remove a thing. 10 minutes work, and I was willing to pay the 50 dollar half hour labor rate because I don't have the tool and can't do it myself right now. The response? I was talking to 2 guys, one decided to walk off mid sentence, sorry but I find that rude. The younger one, the "mechanic" literally laughed in my face and said "I don't work on Can Ams." I guess it's too complicated for him, or he just has a piss poor attitude and the owner doesn't mind losing business. Nobody takes pride in that place, you can tell. I honestly thought it was closed, the windows are in a terrible state, looks like it was condemned years ago, ceiling tiles are falling down smelling of mildew from the roof leaks. Floors are filthy. An elderly gentleman with a dog was talking to us at the front door, he made us promise to spread the word, wish granted. I will never offend your business by offering you work again. read more

I went to buy a certified used Pilot from this dealership. They test drove my trade in and told me the transmission was going bad. I asked for my registration and license that they needed for some reason so I could leave. They told me they would get someone else to test drive the vehicle and re-evaluate it. By this time I had had enough and just wanted to leave. It was a hustle. I drove to a different dealership and bought a brand new vehicle. Of course there was nothing wrong with our trade so it worked out. These people give used car salesmen a really bad reputation. Buyer beware. read more

Took my 2019 Mule in for a fuel gauge problem, understand, it ran great just the fuel gauge wasn't working. It is now going on 5 weeks.. I worked in customer service in a previous job so I know how difficult it can be so I can emphasize with the service department's lack of help but to have my Mule sitting there, in line, for 5 weeks is not customer service. What is even more frustrating is that they won't even return my phone calls. Was going to buy an ATV for my wife and granddaughter but I doubt from Beasley. It is service after the sale that brings customers back. Heard that the Harley dealer in Dothan has great service after the sale, think I'll give them a try on my next purchase. read more

So here's the squeeze.. we took our brand new 2018 Kawasaki Teryx4 LE in for its first service to Beasley's Honda in Ozark Al. While it was there, I get a call from them offering to install rock lights while they had it. Ok great. So they install them. A few weeks later, I run thru a puddle no deeper than the axles (video in Abbeville album) turns out, when they reinstalled the engine air box(where the air filter is) they did not hook up the factory snorkel nor the clamp going from the airbox to the engine. Long story short, turns ouy my engine wont run on muddy water. I take it up to them a week ago Tuesday to open up and make sure my engine is ok. I also asked them to install a highlifter snorkel kit so I wouldn't ever have to worry about this again. I was promised this would he finished in two weeks for labor day riding. I called them yesterday(Wednesday)to make sure it would be ready for pickup onFriday. Sean, their "service" guy, tells me they havent started the snorkel install yet, and it wont be ready for the weekend. He told me they could put it back together and I can install the snorkel kit myself after the weekend. Ok, no problem, he tells me it's about an hour to put it together and they would get right on it now. .. so I go to pick it up this morning. Of course, they hadn't touched it. Fine, I'm short on time, i can put the interior panels in myself, I'll take it home and do it myself. I let them know I'll still pay the $400 for the snorkel kit, he brings it out and starts to ring it up, I'm looking at it and I find WHY they didn't install it. Some genius ordered a 2013-2016 kit...wont fit. They are not returnable and non refundable. I can tell by the look he gave me he knew this and was hoping I'd pay for it before noticing. So Beaslys just bought a snorkel kit I'm sure they never will be able to sell.So I go out and start looking this thing over. Notice immediately there is no air filter, so I go back in and let them know I need an or filter. While he is getting one, I'm looking the Teryx over, I then notice I'm missing half the hardware needed to put it back together. He comes out and I let him know.. he gets a little offended, and says something smart, I honestly dont remember exactly what it was, but it was enough at this point for me to not care anymore about being nice. At this point I open the hood and ask him to look at the wiring they installed for the rock lights and new switches I PAID to have installed. It is worse than my Christmas lights when I open the box in early December. He yells at me "I guess our quality of work just isnt up to YOUR standards"....hahahahahha.. I calming said back " look at my brand new $17k machine and what your company has done to it, and that question answers itself". I may not be familiar with Kawasaki equipment, but I've got 19 years in aircraft maintenance, I know shitty, half ass maintenance when I see it. They told me my engine was clean, no water made it in, at this point I no longer trust them. Tomorrow I am dropping it off at Dothan Power Sports. Power sports told me they will look at the throttle bodies (it has 2 of them) and they will be able to tell if sand made it that far. Another $300 for them to look, but cheaper than replacing the engine if Beasleys has lied to me yet one more time. To sum up, Beasley honda does have some beautiful machines for sale, but I wouldn't trust them to fill my windshield wiper fluid (which these machines dont even use) Needless to say, I probably WONT be walking thu their doors again... read more

As I write this on 09/24/2017, I am fairly disappointed in this dealership. The dealer had an ad for a 2014 Honda Aero, black paint, chrome engine parts, chrome wire wheels, chrome exhaust, etc. An exactly stock 2014 model which was brand new for $4988.00. I thought this was a good deal so I contacted the dealer about the bike to get an "out the door price." I dealt with a gentleman named Michael. He could not even tell me the exact mileage on the bike when we first spoke. I was later on contacted by Michael and informed that the bike had over $2000.00 worth of after market options installed on it. I said that it was a really good deal then to have the bike priced so low. He informed me that the "out the door price of the $4988 bike would be around $7200. I told him my figures were more like $5450 since they were only charging tax, tag and title. Michael, who is also the F&I person at the dealership, had to check with his boss about the figure. He called me back and said that they would let me have the bike and the installed options charged at "dealer cost." The new figure was $6550. The options were things that I personally would have never put on my own bike; basic windshield (I would have gotten a batwing,) new hand grips, driver and passenger floor boards, etc. I told Michael that they could just take those off because I didn't want them. He said they couldn't do that, but suggested that I could take them off and sell them on e-bay. How crazy is that? My point here is that the dealer clearly was using a "bait and switch" tactic on this bike. It was misrepresented in both the stock picture in the ad, by the advertised price and by the verbage in the ad. I believe this is against the law. If the dealership is this dishonest, how would they be for future service and parts? You only get one chance to make a good first impression. I have been impressed so badly that I will not trade at this dealership EVER! read more

Over the years I have purchased several bikes from the Beasley family. I was always treated as if I were a member of the family. Only place I would trust to service my personal equipment. Staff has always treated me with respect and my equipment was professionally maintained. I rode one bike in excess of 150,000 miles without any complaints or, more importantly, any problems. Would not recommend to anyone. Not even for a $4 seal. Told me Friday it would be in Tuesday. Here it is Tuesday. Went by and called twice. Each time I called they talked fast and with a mumble and incoherent babble and I asked, each time I called, if they would repeat that. They said "ok then we'll call ya!" and hung up on me. So I guess tomorrow, Wednesday, I'll check again. Looks like I'll be going to Dothan from now on. read more

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HAVING YOUR STUFF WORKED ON HERE!!!! The employees are really nice and friendly. The dealership looks nice and clean. Dropped my bike off to have a complete service done on the bike. Told the service person not to grease the chain and I didn't want anyone taking the bike for a test ride. A week and a half later I call to check on the bike. The service department said they were just starting to work on the bike. After the bike had been there for two weeks, they call to say they work is completed. Go to pick the bike up and find that the dealership is closing up. The only thing outside was my bike and the sales employee's truck. Ride the bike less then 3 miles home and noticed the brake fluid was not changed. Want back the next day and was told they didn't change the brake fluid since it passed the moisture test. They said they way it saved me some money. Asked about the spark plugs. The employee said that sport bikes are build to not need the plugs changed for a long time. They most of the issues people think are the plugs is really the fuel system. The Service guy said the bike was running really strong when they test rode it. ( Which as I said before I told them not to test ride the bike.) They said they tested the two outside plugs with a meter and they were ok. The service guy then said they didn't test the two middle plugs since that would require them to lift the tank. Since they didn't lift the tank, that means they didn't clean the air filter. I was charged for the oil change, the bike being checked over and two hours of labor at about $60.00 an hour. When I got back home and pulled the bike out of the carport I noticed the engine oil was black as coal and I had grease all over the back wheel of the bike. Not sure what they did for a service on the bike besides the things I told them not to do which was test ride it and grease the chain and whole rear wheel of the bike. Since the oil should not be black as coal after only going 3 miles from the dealership back to my house. read more

I took my ATV here about 3 weeks ago and I was very displeased with the results. The ATV didn't t have a fuel leak, antifreeze leak, or a broken choke lever prior to me bringing it there. They also installed and charged me for a new battery for which I didn't request, and then during pick up was told I wasn't charged for the install, Really you actually charge for a battery install, WOW. I called to check on the status and was told that I needed some new parts, OK, cool. I was also informed that the carbs needed to be cleaned which would cost around 300 dollars, and that it was leaking fuel, for which I declined those services. During the same phone call I asked what the out the door price was going to be to include the parts, and labor minus tax, and was told around 400 dollar range over the phone. Ok, cool. I received a call maybe a week later if that to let me know that my ATV was ready for pick up. I went to pick up on Friday and I talked to the service technician and he gave me a low down of what all was done and that I still would need to get the carbs cleaned and that it leaked fuel. So after telling me the low down takes me over to the front desk where you have to pay at, I end up waiting for about 15-20 min. for some guy to get me rung up so I can pay. He told me it was going to cost me 600 dollar range and some change. I was already pretty angry at this point having to wait and now being told that it was this much just made me even angrier, so I asked why was it this much now and not what I was told, he said he did not know and couldn't t look at the list of charges until I paid, (OK B.S. on that you should be able to tell me the list of charges and what those charges are for) so I told myself screw it, I m selling it anyway and will just include those charges into the cost to buy my ATV. I get it home I unload it, and noticed it was leaking antifreeze and not just fuel. I fixed this by readjusting the hose and getting new hose clamps. That Thursday 6 days after I picked it up it did not start right up and when I tried to adjust the choke I noticed it moved freely as opposed to their being some resistance, I checked and the lever was broken, and the choke line was not in the lever housing. I took it back to them the next day after calling the morning of and was told to bring it back and that they d take a look, still waiting. As of right now I recommend everyone stay away from this place, they do not run a honest business and I've already been hearing negative reviews of them after having took it there the first time. You're better off going somewhere else that runs an honest business without the bait and switch move. And yes I know should've checked to make sure the ATV worked before leaving but didn't t. I will give them one thing though they are professional in keeping their composure when I was being rude about bring up the being lied too, and this that and the other. I wish I could give them zero stars but you have to at least put one. I will update with another review after I hear back from them. Hopefully they'll make this right. read more
