UPDATE: Following my consultation, I received an email soliciting my feedback. I provided it and expressed that I had a poor experience during my consultation but remained interested in purchasing a package and working with a different specialist. They use Cynosure laser and this has been very effictive for my skin. Getting laser was the best investment since I really don't ever have to worry about shaving anymore. They give you an opportunity to check their handiwork and they are topnotch when it comes to cleanliness and hygiene. The shop also has a frequent user card that is a bonus. They offer hair removal services, facials, lashes and henna. I usually stick to the hair removal services and I'm satisfied. The location is small, clean and open pretty late. The staff is efficient, welcoming and thorough.
