I broke down on interstate 80 at 1:30 in the morning headed back to Illinois. Found a local hotel a…read moremile off the highway and stayed the night. I did some research and found that this mechanic shop had great reviews and decided to give them a call in the morning once they opened to figure out what was going on with my van. The Tow truck driver showed up at the hotel to tow my car 15 minutes before the shop opened and advised me that they are always super busy and there is nowhere to even park. He advised that I call first to check and see if they can even get me in. He was nice enough to wait until 8 AM ones they opened and I contacted them and explained my situation. The gentleman was really friendly and welcoming and said that he can "squeeze me in" in between appointments to help me out and get me back on the road. The van was towed to the shop where it was diagnosed. gentleman then explained everything to me that was going on and quoted me a price that was very reasonable. I agreed to do the repair and he ordered the parts fixed the van and I was back on the road within one hour. it couldn't have been a smooth transaction and these guys are down to earth and very good at what they do.

I called him at 8:00 am, was at her house within 30 minutes. Due to the direction the car was facing, he couldn't pull it out with his truck, so he dug out around it with a shovel and moved it to a nearby parking lot. This guy has rescued me several times by Towing my cars and truck and one time even came out late at night to tighten up a tire that was ready to come off of its rim.
