Each time at three different locations they ask what size and which shoe. End of story. This year I was sent to Hanger, I went from one star service to five star service. This Scottsdale location did an in depth interview, numerous measurements gave information on why some styles might be better suited for me. After the arrival of the shoes still did some shaving of insoles then wanted me back in two weeks at which time careful review of the insoles (with adjustments) sitting on the floor checking movement of each foot. I cannot believe they go to show much to make sure everything is perfect. I peeked in the window of their large well equipped lab...... amazing Lori Dias, C.P.O. did fittings after a man did original analis attention to detail is great. I knew that there was a 20% restocking fee and I could only get a store credit. And that I would end up having to keep the shoes, socks and liners. OK. I knew that going in. But when I got to the store, which is about 30 mins. from my home, they told me I had to call their customer service number at 877-620-3338. What?! I can't just go back to the store to return them? OK, I call the number and after about 5 minutes of their automated system telling me to push 1, for some store in Colorado, and 2 for another store in Colorado, they finally got to the customer service number which is "6". I hit 6, get another recorded answer saying, "Sorry, we are currently assisting another customer. Please leave a message and we'll get right back to you." Wow! So I leave a message and, 24 hours later, no call back. So I called again. Same "sorry, we're assisting another customer" recording. I didn't leave a message. I'm just going to see if they call me back, or I will call again and see if I get a real person on the other line. Unless you are absolutely positive that these expensive plastic inserts are going to do the job and you will never return them, I'd steer clear of this sham company.
