Very bad experience here a couple of years ago. As I type this, my toe hurts worse than it ever…read moredid before Crezee "fixed" it. Had a bunion and a bone spur to correct, and occasional pain in my toe that basically went away when I changed my exercise routine. Crezee said he wouldn't know if he had to fuse my toe until he cut me open. I naively assumed he'd never have to fuse it because it didn't hurt anymore (which I repeatedly told him and he clearly ignored). I forgot to consider that he was financially incentivized to fuse it. I absolutely hate having a fused toe, and as mentioned above, it now bothers me FAR more than it did before he mutilated it. He clearly didn't listen when I said it didn't hurt. He was extremely dishonest about the fusing. He never mentioned the true recovery time, and he flat out lied and told me it wouldn't affect my athletic ability. If he were honest and cared about his patients, he would have told me I might want to hold off on fusing it until/unless the pain is unbearable as I now know that many patients must really regret getting joints fused, like I do. They also don't respect your time. I had dozens of appointments there, and only one of them didn't start over 15 minutes past the scheduled time (often far later, 30-40 minutes). To add insult to injury, Crezee had the nerve to charge me $25 to fill out 1/3 of a piece of paper so I could attempt to get reimbursed for a knee-crutch purchase (very likely because ad revenge because I didn't buy it from them, more on that shortly) which could have easily been done during one of my many scheduled appointments. When I pointed out how unfair that was, I was told "it takes time to fill out" as a justification...so my time doesn't matter when my appointments start 30+ minutes late, and apparently I have to pay extra to have their greedy doctor fill out 1/3 of a page & sign it. Also, ALL the reviews about ridiculous charges are accurate in my experience. The final straw for me was when Crezee popped a blood blister without asking and billed me $91 for "draining an infected abscess". The "infected abscess" part was news to me, as he didn't even disinfect it OR put a bandage on it. Seems odd to allow a patient to stick an uncovered "infected" foot wound into a sweaty sock, but what to I know? That's the gist of it. I may revise this later if I remember more about my experience, but I just wanted to get this down since my fused toe is hurting again thanks to "fuse happy" Crezee. They'll view you as an ATM, not as a customer. STAY AWAY!

Today I went in to see the same Dr my husband did ( Dr. Richardson ) and had both of my big toes…read morefixed! He was very considerate to my needs and comfort and took care of my issues right away! The pain was extremely minimal because of his skill. He also helped making it easier by getting me and my husband to laugh. The ladies helping were amazing and humorous as well. That really helped me because I was stressed! If I ever have feet problems this is where I'll go! They were the best for me! Thank you again!!

Well I came here because of problems with my feet. They were very nice and seemed knowledgeable…read more Then they got to the price. $1600 for 3 pairs of plastic inserts. And, of course, I had to buy shoes, inserts, and some ankle high socks. So, I left with about an $1800 tab. After a few weeks, while I had some pain improvement, the sticker shock is what hit me. I knew that there was a 20% restocking fee and I could only get a store credit. And that I would end up having to keep the shoes, socks and liners. OK. I knew that going in. But when I got to the store, which is about 30 mins. from my home, they told me I had to call their customer service number at 877-620-3338. What?! I can't just go back to the store to return them? OK, I call the number and after about 5 minutes of their automated system telling me to push 1, for some store in Colorado, and 2 for another store in Colorado, they finally got to the customer service number which is "6". I hit 6, get another recorded answer saying, "Sorry, we are currently assisting another customer. Please leave a message and we'll get right back to you." Wow! So I leave a message and, 24 hours later, no call back. So I called again. Same "sorry, we're assisting another customer" recording. I didn't leave a message. I'm just going to see if they call me back, or I will call again and see if I get a real person on the other line. Unless you are absolutely positive that these expensive plastic inserts are going to do the job and you will never return them, I'd steer clear of this sham company.

Thankfully, Dr. Kennedy was able to fit me in last minute and gave me an adjustment. She was very thorough and explained everything clearly. I felt ten times better after seeing Dr. Kennedy, and I am so thankful she was open over the weekend. The staff was also great and very helpful. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and when I am back in the area, I will definitely return. Thank you, Dr. Kennedy, for helping my back feel better so I can enjoy the rest of my trip!

I was in need of PT for my leg so I went on line to search for a good PT. I chose Orthopedic Sports…read moretherapy because Percy, one of the therapists is a DPT (Dr of PT). My daughter is a DPT so I know how well they are trained. Percy took was extremely thorough in evaluating my leg and even did his own research into the procedure I had done that created my problem. Orthopedic Sports Therapy (OST) has been my "go-to" place for physical therapy since before 2019…read more Things I love about OST: One-on-one half-hour work with a highly trained physical therapist; therapists are supportive, kind (when I admit I haven't done my homework!), and each has a good sense of humor; and the helpful exercise videos emailed to me to supplement my in-clinic work. Additionally, a thorough one-hour evaluation is done before therapy begins, and the office staff is a delight to work with. Most recently, I worked with Barb at the Ahwatukee location for pelvic floor and leg muscle strengthening after undergoing cancer treatment. The pelvic floor issues have resolved, and I continue on my own with strengthening leg muscles. Orthopedic Sports Therapy is definitely a place to go for orthopedic therapy, and there are three convenient locations to choose from. https://orthopedicsportstherapy.com
