Cheyenne and Stephanie were so kind and helpful today with my elderly mother's visit.

If you…read moreare choosing to use a call center to manage scheduling and communication, then it is your responsibility to ensure those representatives treat patients--especially veterans referred through the VA--with professionalism and respect. The current process is unacceptable. Patients are forced to answer excessive and unnecessary questions just to speak with someone in the actual office. Even when a transfer is requested, it often leads to yet another call center representative rather than someone who can provide real assistance. This creates unnecessary barriers to care and reflects poorly on your practice. At this point, I am requesting a copy of my medical file so I can transfer to a provider who is accessible and actually prioritizes patient care over call center protocols. I will also be reporting this experience to the VA, as veterans should not be treated this way when seeking care through referred providers. I strongly encourage you to reevaluate how your communication is being handled, as this level of service is unacceptable

It's is very obvious to me it's just all about the money. They rarely return calls and when they do it's usually days later. I've done medical billing and have worked for several different medical providers for well over 28 years and I have never been treated so horribly as I have been as a patient with this establishment. The fact that I expressed my frustration only brought out the childishness of the workers. Being talked down to by office managers and doctor's assistants is just too much. Then when you add insult to injury, the incompetent office manager Annie at the Mesa location chose to dismiss me as a patient because I needed to reschedule my appointment. I also told her during our conversation how frustrated I am with the incompetent people in that office and that I would be looking for a new provider, simply because of the way they handled my medical situation over the last few months and have been repeatedly talked down to by one of their employees talking to me like I was a child, I told her I was probably going to be looking for a new provider in the future and Annie the incompetent office manager obviously didn't like that because she promptly dismissed me as a patient and canceled my appointment that I had scheduled... I've been doing insurance and medical billing for 28 plus years and worked in providers offices and this is by far the worst company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Not the doctors, just the office staff. No professionalism at all. The doctors would be smart to get some professional staff in their handling patients and dealing with issues the right way, otherwise they're just going to continue to lose them. Horrible, completely horrible!

The only way that I could get even a tiny bit of information was to ask questions. Of course, I'm not a physician. I don't work for a place that supposedly takes care of patients with arthritis. I'm a person in pain. and the doctor stood there, silent, looking at me like I was an irritating little interruption in his day. The physician here was as uncaring a physician as I have ever seen. It was beyond frustrating and a completely useless visit. If you have arthritis problems, you'd be better going with Dr. Seuss. At least then, you would laugh. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
