The work that was done seemed good - but looking at the photos, I can see how poor it was. Lots of missed areas. I had looked at the work briefly, from a distance, because he had promised to return and touch up anything that needed it. It's just a slap-and-dash job. Once I paid (in cash), a promised return to rectify any problems never happened. Important parts of the work are not finished, and my calls and messages are being ignored. Had an uneasy feeling when he showed up with nothing but a regular car. No crew, no drop cloths. The attached photos show just SOME of the way he left the job after taking my money. Also: I have filed a complaint with the NYS attorney generals' office. Storan undoubtedly thinks little old ladies aren't computer-savvy enough to find out personal information about people who defraud them. It would've been so easy to defuse this bomb, Jim.

Christie Carpets has a lot of different flooring options to choose from, and a large show room in Greece where you can look at flooring samples in real life and check out colors and textures. I believe they offered to let us take samples home to try them out, but we made our choice in store. My husband and I chose a wood look flooring by Coretec for its easy to clean nature and resistance to dog scratches. The flooring itself did take quite a while to come in - like 8 months or so - but this was not Christie Carpet's fault (supply chain issues!) and they called me every few months with an update. My install took an entire business day (a nice excuse to take off of work) and the installers were friendly and professional. We are extremely happy with our new floor and I highly recommend Christie for your flooring needs!

Bryan and Jeff were on time, friendly, respectful, and did an amazing job on our kitchen, front foyer and back hallway. The before and after pictures truly tell the story. There was some dust, but not a lot. They did put up plastic sheets to minimize dust in the other areas. We did spend about 30 min vacuuming and dusting before we put everything back together and that really was not a big deal.
