Well, I was right in the middle of a job needing it for a long haul when it began acting up really bad. It would chug at stop lights and it was behaving like it wasn't getting fuel... and it finally even died on me. Well, thank god I was able to get it to a local mechanic and when calling all my friends on who they would use, many of them cited the same place and it was Scott Repmans off Bell. Especially because I've got a diesel and I know they require a special touch. Well, not only was I expecting the bill to be much higher but I honestly wasn't expecting to get it back until Thursday or even Friday. Turns out it was a sensor for the accelerator and they had it ready for pickup on Monday by 3pm! It drives BETTER than even before the problems began and I now know where to take it for my tune-up and maintenance like oil changes. Super thrilled with this place and will recommend them along with my buddies now.

The parking lot was full and my passenger was happy with their service. I needed to replace my Wife's car AC cabin fan and radiator fan. I bought the parts at the dealer expecting to do the repair myself. After watching YouTube videos I decided someone with actual skill and experience needed to do the job. I made an appointment through Yelp. The repair took about three hours. I was happy when they called with the request to proceed after testing that they did not try to up sell me on other repairs, just I was right that the fan motors were bad. When I picked up the repaired car, they did have a list of issues and discussed the importance of repairing each. Most were just fine right now but watch for issues in the future. They did say there was a split hose from the engine air filter to the engine which needed replacing sooner than later. Since I do the routine maintenance on my cars at home they suggested buying a new hose and installing it myself. They were happy to do it but said that part was easy to replace. I also appreciate they returned the replaced parts without me asking. First repair and I'm impressed. I posted on an Uber driver facebook group about the company. One driver replied they don't go Cha-Ching when a female walks in. Everything about my first repair was transparent and fully discussed before the repair and when I picked up.

Did not want to take it back and cause another month on top of the two months they had it at their shop. Turns out there was crystal clear water inside my electrical connection that my wiring harness was plugged into. I sopped up the water and fixed it myself. Also had the ac replaced but it doesn't work. Never did. They said it was my fault it was leaking because of some prior damage to the front end. Why even replace it if they knew it wouldn't work? I don't recommend them and it's true they think they are hot poop in this industry and it's true they are hot poop.

The wife was frantically (not really frantic, but I needed a word) searching for a repair shop somewhere in Phoenix . . . if we make it from the Churaico Summit on-ramp when . . . BANG ! ! !, I look down and there is no boost pressure indicating on the dash. "You might as well find us a rental nearby the repair place, as well", I say. She found us a rental place just two blocks away. Anticipating a costly and lengthy turbo charger replacement we proceeded to get ourselves a rental to compete our road trip to Corpus Cristi, Texas by way of Denver, Colorado. We pull up to SD and I speak with the service writer Jonathan, as he quickly begins surveying my vehicle. Jonathan expressed his concern for us 'already getting a rental because' . . . , as he reaches under the hood, 'these are usually' . . . "Yep! Right there". "Because I could've got you outta here in an hour and a half". Long story short, we kept the rental and Jonathan, at first, reluctantly agreed to store the vehicle for two weeks while we roadtrip in a comfortable rental without breakdown worries again. I did agree to an additional ~$350 service diagnostic to kinda help with keeping my truck for those two weeks. Upon return from our trip, I was swiftly settled with my writer and I asked about obtaining different decals I see they had on display. The writer (sorry, didn't get his name) showed me some stuff they had in their showroom and gave me a t-shirt of my choice, just not all sizes and colors. Leroy's wanted $1800 ($900 an axle) for the work, when we asked for an Itemized bill Jimmy not only refused but said it's all in the work up. The work up???? Having several vehicles never have we had a bill that did not state exactly what the parts, labor and additional work cost! We called and talked to Troy who is either the shop manager or owner about this policy/procedure and he still saw no red flags. Leroy's is a scam and they are pulling prices out of a hat and price gouging the public to fraud and to be unprofessional in their business tactics.
