Power steering was still leaking so I brought it back and they said it was a faulty piece of equipment so they would replace it. Now, would you believe me it I told you it was still leaking when I got it back for the 2nd and 3rd time? They had my car for close to 3 weeks and claimed that they fixed it. Well, here we are 3 weeks later, and power steering fluid is empty. Cooperate told me that they "Closed my case." The area manager Matt Saldin (mobile phone number - (480) 570-6278) promised me a phone call to try and fix the problems but instead has completely ignored multiple texts and phone calls from me. Mind you, they have a one-year warranty on the pump and the work that they did that they are not backing as of now. I feel as though I have been scammed out of $1300 and my car is worse than it was before I ever gave it to them. Did I also mention that There was red paint on the bottom of my front bumper and a nail in my back right tire when I got it back?
