After agreeing on a price they came out to put on the roof after the big snow storm and had both garage and house done in three days. They had the garage done almost completely in the first day. They were very polite, worked efficiently and cleaned up all of the materials and mess after finishing every day. I would recommend this company to put on a metal roof. They were decently priced and did a great job. I would use this company again if needed. In fact we will most likely call them back to put on gutters.

He did make it out that day and looked at the job, but he said he would get back with us with an estimate. Unfortunately that's where the story ends, so to speak. Jim never got back with us; we called twice and left messages; finally the lady called and assured me that she would contact Jim; and still nothing has happened. Almost two months has elapsed, and no more word from them. You would think they would have the decency to at least call and say they don't want to do the project. So much for customer service!

Now we have a pop up sidewalk, which among other things, is a serious safety hazard. Long story short...they do not stand by their work at all. If he doesn't know how to do it, he finds out how and has been able to access slate and old logs, as was needed. He is always cheerful and friendly, and will purposely not show up to work before 9:00 and commonly works until 7PM. His work is quality and seems to be a very talented wood worker and craftsman, often building fancy cabinets or designs if asked.
