Their low rating comes as a result of the next job we were considering them to do. We want to remove the tub/shower units in both our bathrooms, and replace them with walk-in showers. After calling and leaving messages over a two week span (it's the only way to make contact because no one from their company answers the phone), I finally heard back. After explaining the situation, I was told that Jim (the owner) would come out to size up the project and give us an estimate. He did make it out that day and looked at the job, but he said he would get back with us with an estimate. Unfortunately that's where the story ends, so to speak. Jim never got back with us; we called twice and left messages; finally the lady called and assured me that she would contact Jim; and still nothing has happened. Almost two months has elapsed, and no more word from them. You would think they would have the decency to at least call and say they don't want to do the project. So much for customer service!

I started off on the Nextdoor app asking neighbors for recommendations. The overwhelming favorite was leaf guard. So I called them. I had some idea what it should cost and I had some idea that leafguard considered themselves a premium product, but I was in no way prepared for their quote. I asked around some more and was directed to Higgins Seamless Gutters LLC. I called them last week. They showed up, ON TIME, to give an estimate two to three hours later. By six that night they were calling, apologizing for calling so late and gave me a price. It was 20% of what the leaf guard estimate was. I talked it over with my wife that night, called him the next morning and he said he could install in less than a week. Yesterday they were here at 7:30. They communicated every problem or hickup encountered. Kept things tidy and professional and my home looks better than it has in five years and the rain is going where it should. If you live in the mid Ohio valley and need gutters, Higgins Seamless gutters is the way to go!
