We thought we could handle keeping up with yard work this season, and it was just not the case. Escobar Landscaping was wonderful in giving us a one-time mowing quote as well as the price for regular and routine mowing for the season. There was no mandatory contract or set length of time, they were very flexible. We also got quotes for removing some tree logs and bricks we had in the yard. Their prices were very reasonable, and they did an exceptional job on our yards and clearing them. Highly recommend them for anyone's landscaping and regular mowing requirements.

When we're tearing off a roof, we need a dumpster on site when we say we'll be there--not the next afternoon. They've been consistent about delivery and pickup, and they actually work with contractor schedules instead of treating us like a one-off weekend cleanout. The containers are in good shape, they place them where we need them, and they don't nickel-and-dime on the small stuff. Communication is straightforward. You call, they know what a roofing job looks like, and they get it done. That's rare enough on the Shore that it's worth saying out loud. Quality service, reliable people, and they make the jobsite cleaner and simpler. We'll keep using them. Highly recommend for any contractor who needs roll-offs that show up and don't create extra work.

I contacted SS for an estimate to clean the windows on my house. The estimate I received started…read morewith a quote for house washing which I had not asked for. It then provided 3 prices for different levels of window cleaning. That section was followed by a proposal for a 2 year proposal for a visit each year which included a range of services including window washing. This was followed by a 2 year, 2 visit proposal. When I sought clarification on the 2 year, 1 visit proposal they responded with information about the window cleaning levels that did not address my specific question. When I followed up to get my question answered they noted that the multi-year agreement was not relevant to the window washing only. They did offer a discount on the window washing because of the confusion. Further correspondence revealed that the discount only comes on subsequent services and they offered to prepare a proposal detailing all of this. Then I learned that they would not provide the proposal until I had scheduled (and received?) the first year service. At that point, the red flag was up and I responded that I was not going to hire them because the process and information had been confusing from the start and did not improve. My concern being that any issues with the actual work would result in the same communication problems. Amazingly, they responded and essentially put it back on me....what I couldn't understand..... Never in 40 plus years of providing professional services did I ever tell a potential client that they were the problem.

Not optimistic, I turned to Yelp to see if it was even possible to ind a 24-hour company to come assess the damage. INCREDIBLY, Ben answered the phone right away, and came to ur house at 3:30 am to come help. I have never experienced such stellar service! Ben immediately detected the leak, and it turned out we also needed mold remediation work. In the short time I got to know Ben before I left for my trip, I trusted him enough to leave him a key to my house, and he worked throughout the week (the same week as Labor Day, by the way), while my family and I were away. Talk about going above and beyond ! He and one of his head technicians sent updates and pictures of the work they did every day, they would text every time they came to the house and left the house, and by the time we got home, they had finished the job beautifully, water damage was repaired and the mold was removed. I cannot possibly recommend Flood and Fire Response highly enough. Their communication was so through and consistent, their prices are totally fair and reasonable, and the customer service was just outstanding. Ben and his technicians are honest, dependable, and true experts in what they do. I will be referring them to EVERYONE I know!! Thank you SO much for your incredible work!
