I absolutely love seeing local businesses grow, and this makes party planning so much easier. The customer service here is always amazing -- friendly faces, kind energy, and such a welcoming vibe every time. So grateful to have this place close by. First and foremost; Staples print and marketing IS NOT capable of offering immediate, full-service production. The production window for ALL orders is 5 business hours, with the option to pay an express fee of 20% for within the hour, which is the fastest turnaround they can provide. Photo printing under the size of 12x18in IS NOT offered. Staples is not a photo center. Orders via email are NOT offered. UPS services are limited as Staples is not a full affiliate; QR code drop offs and comcast/at&t drop offs are NOT able to be accepted by Staples and must be dropped solely at a UPS owned and operated location. Amazon returns are the lowest level of priority for the front end associate as they DO NOT generate ANY revenue for the store whatsoever. Other reviewers complaining about slow Amazon, here's your reason. Amazon does not pay staples, especially not on a per-return basis. Labor hours for staff are strictly regulated and cut increasingly each week, hence other reviews regarding lack of staffing. To be clear; the location is staffed. Corporate simply refuses to staff it fully. Each staff member here is tasked with doing the jobs of 4 people by themselves. They do their damndest, so everyone please bear this all in mind before deciding to lose your cool with a 23 year old retail worker.

    This review is specifically for the in-person passport photo service offered here…read more After a disappointing experience with FedEx's online partner (RushMyPassport/govWorks), we decided to try the non-virtual option. When I called to ask whether an appointment was needed and what the recommendations were about clothing, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the assistance I received by phone. The young woman who took my call was courteous and helpful. At the store, we were very positively impressed by the service provided by MANPREET, who proved to be both skilled and knowledgeable, as well as pleasant. After the photo was taken, she clearly explained to us details concerning what to expect after submitting the digital photo to the US passport website. In the event that the photo was rejected, Manpreet explained that we would be entitled to a retry or a refund. Thankfully, the image was accepted on the first try and I have since received both my new passport book and card. What was also greatly appreciated was the thumb drive provided by FedEx (at no additional charge!), as we had forgotten to bring our own. TIP #1: Make sure you don't wear a white/light-colored shirt or blouse, unless you have a dark jacket over it. Otherwise, you run a much higher risk that your photo will be rejected at the time of upload or submission by mail. TIP #2: In the event that RushMyPassport/govWorks takes your money without ever allowing you to download the image you paid for--even after reaching out for customer support (as was the case with us)--remember that you have the option of doing a charge back through your credit card company.

All I needed was to drop off a package that was already labeled. She insists that I use the self service area and guides me there so I can scan the package myself. Of course, the receipt doesn't print and I have to ask for assistance again. She has to go through the trouble of opening the lock box to get my package and go through the drop off process just to get me the transaction receipt. This could have all been avoided if she just did her job and helped me directly to begin with.

    I cannot thank the team at this UPS Store enough! My partner and I walked in right before closing,…read moreand I honestly thought they might turn us away or close the door on us. Instead, the worker was incredibly nice and took the time to help us send out our packages without rushing us at all. Things got complicated when I realized the worker needed the serial code numbers for the devices I was shipping out, and I had completely left them back home. Since they were just closing, there was absolutely no way I could drive home and make it back in time. Instead of telling me to just come back tomorrow, the employee went completely out of his way to help me. He offered to hold the packages right there at the store for me so I wouldn't have to haul them back. To save me time and gas, he told me I didn't even need to drive back to the store, thank goodness. I could just head home, grab the serial codes, and email them directly to him so he could take care of it for me. Thank you so much for your amazing patience and for truly going the extra mile. I couldn't have gotten this done without your help. Incredible customer service!

    Got here at opening - there was one person ahead of me. It took so long that every other person…read morebehind me left. After 20 minutes of literally getting nothing done, the cashier had to restart the system (CMS system was not talking to the register). I wasn't helped out until 9:25 when the second employee clocked in. Choose another UPS or carrier if you value your time. I had to come to UPS because Amazon only allows me to return via UPS. Literally the worst return/UPS experience I've ever come across. 1 customer per 25 mins and there was a long line when I left. Can't imagine how long that must've taken. Will definitely never come back to this location.
