The value was great for what we were quoted with other vendors and online companies for the entire suite. And it was great to go into the shop and actively work with Vivek to proof everything. I highly recommend Vivek and his team for your printing needs!

They delivered exactly when promised, which was so important given our tight timeline. Ended up being super expensive. They were having trouble using my logo which I never had a problem with at other places. She needed it in some unheard of format I believe it was called vex format. It was not easy to get ahold of them. The work was never done. After a month of going back and forth I finally got my refund but she kept 15% of what I paid even though no work was done. Only go to this place if you are not in a hurry to get your products and if you want them to create your logo, lastly if you're okay with a bunch of added fees. -biggest problem was their Lack of communication.

I am glad I found this gem of a business…read more My father had recently passed away and his funeral was soon approaching. I was in search of a shop that can digitize a Vietnam War Navy Veteran emblem and create a custom embroidery patch out of it so we can place it on his casket. Everywhere I called told me it would take 2~3 weeks. Linda assured me she can get it done in a week. Although I lived in San Jose, I made the drive down to Gilroy and worked with her shop. She was super helpful and pleasant to work with. Sure enough, she provided me the 4qty 12" embroidered patches on time and it was beautiful. Many other veterans also thought it was a beautiful piece of embroidery and has requested one for them-self. I have since then requested additional patches for my dad's fellow veterans. It's small businesses like these that go above and beyond for you in your time of need. Thanks Linda!

She took a very long time coming to the counter but she was very kind and apologized. They are the only decal place around so that's a plus that they were in Gilroy. She gave us a couple swatches so that we can match the color of the motorcycle. When we came back in we gave her the number of the swatch that matched the color. She said it would be three days. When we came in three days later they were not ready yet. So we asked her to call us when they were ready. It was four days later. Sigh. Well at least we got em. But we won't be ordering any more decals. Thanks but no thanks.
