I sat there one and a half hours and finally asked what was taking so long, only to find out they only had 3 in stock and had sent someone to another store to get another one. I was there over 3 hours. About a month latter I went by at 5:15pm to get a screw removed and patch tire. I was told they had sent all mechanics home when they are open to 6:00 pm.
