Whoever came up with that dish created a miracle of flavor - from the brie cheese, to the toasted bread, to the cherry tomatoes, to the hot honey, to the fresh avocado, to the chive flowers, to the pink peppercorn and pistachio confetti, it was perfect on a plate. They are right behind a really great car wash so I'm liking the area a lot more as I become more familiar with it. Rarely visit Lake O even though I've lived in this area (West Hills) for close to 40 years. All I know about it is attending PCC night classes at the high school there. So every time I bring my car by for work I try out a new eating establishment and was surprised/happy to find that there are so many really good ones walking distance from the shop. Recently added Coffee Plus to the list. They put out a fine breakfast and the coffee is quite good. And I make that recommendation acknowledging that I am a bona-fide coffee snob!
