Well, Leslie just start by saying that this is typical of most restaurants now the portions are half and the price is double of what it was a year ago. Hardee's is going out in my opinion. It's sad because it's a great institution and they have good food but the prices don't match the portions. It's biscuit and gravy $4.79 plus tax it was $1.99 a year ago With a coupon. The service was absolutely horrible. how does one hate their job so much to lie about having milkshakes. The location im speaking about and needs to fire their drive thru employee is 11705 US-92 Seffner, FL  33584 United States. they were rude as i ever get out and i need to escalate this to a manager or something because theyre so lucky i didn't go inside my damn self. I went around 8:30 pm on Wednesday on the 6th of September the dude or lady i dont even know who was doing lane 1 drive thru.They need to be fired. read more

There is a Hiring Walk In Interview sign right in the window for everyone but the workers lie to you when you ask about it tell you they are not hiring nor or they looking but another lady that works there told me that is not true. so i come back & give the hiring manager two numbers to call to can set up a interview im currently on my 3rd week without hearing anything. Worst Hardees I've ever seen or been to! Total dump, don't waste your time! Everything is cooked in old oil even if they tell you their making it "fresh". The low carb mushroom Swiss burger was extremely poorly made and they forgot to add the main ingredient...CHEESE. No sauce and 3 mushrooms. Triple stack western burger was old and the onion rings put inside were hard as rocks, had to take them out. The girl at the window had to ask what I was waiting on despite one of the guys being on top of it. Flavorless old food. Wasted 20 bucks, please don't waste your money at this location!! The guy taking my order was so nasty and rude, he rushed me while I was trying to order and sounded so irritated despite me being nice and calm, he called the lady ahead of me a B word and told her to get the F out of his drive thru because she said "hello? Wow, pretty slow service for breakfast. The food is good, but come on. Only one cashier and everyone else going back and fourth on what people ordered. We've been waiting for over 10 minutes. Absolutely the worst place to stop at. They made us wait 10 minutes to take our order at the speaker. I requested several times for someone to answer and all I would get was ill be with you in one minute. Well I'm sorry to say that this place absolutely need better management. None of the have any clue of customer service and speed of service. As I am waiting in line for the food it's taking almost 10 mins per vehicle. After waiting in line for almost 25mins. The chicken sandwich was completely cold. It's a Saturday night and they can not even handle a few customers. Absolutely pathetic. read more

Decent food at this location, they have soda's/pop, sweet/unsweet tea, hamburgers of all kinds, salads and cookies. The employees are nice and friendly with no hasslements this location does get busy around the mid afternoon time. They do have outdoor seating if you want to sit outside and eat. read more

This place doesn't care about health and safety. They have no interest in protecting their customers (or employees) from the pandemic. I wish there were more Hardee's around. Hardee's​ is not your usual fast food place especially breakfast items. Hardee's has a great selection on menu items that are not on regular fast food chains menus. But this place needs an upgrade. Outside is not to bad but the inside looks like something from the 70s. Customer service was ok the cashier was new but did a decent job. I recommend that you ask for your food to be made fresh b/c they pre-make sandwiches and leave them under the heat lamp which we all know dries up the food. read more

I used to stop here regularly on my way to work for a biscuit but will never be back here. Wife and I pulled through the drive through for lunch with a simple order: double cheeseburger, low carb thick burger, large diet Dr Pepper -and medium coke. Had to repeat that three times at the speaker. When we got our order it was wrong, repeated the order twice more, was still given the wrong items. Finally asked for my money back, girl at window closed it and talked to what I presume to be a "manager" (lady with curly blonde hair and gold teeth) this "manager" comes out and asks what the problem is. I tell her they have screwed up the order twice now and I want my money back, she goes back to "what's the problem?". I have to tell her at least twice more I want my money Back and am now getting irritated. She exclaims I do t have to yell but A I wasn't yelling ... yet; and 2 apparently you do have to yell to get them to do anything. As I am driving off FINALLY with my refund she calls me a vulgar name. We contacted the main office for this location and had no call back or response so this is apparently the conduct they expect from their management and staff. read more

Luv Hardee's! They are not the easiest to find but when I get a chance I'll go. Staff was friendly to all that came through the door, they also bring yu yur food. Got the 1/3 thick burger combo with fries, no real complaints. The fries were warm, not hot & the burger was the same, burger seems pretty dry but had lots of tomatoes,lettuce & condiments on it which made it better. I will take off one star for the burger & the working staff being a little too loud in the back, no biggy. They were having a good time. The wait to get our food was way too long, and it was a slow Wednesday night. The sliders weren't even cooked through when we finally got them. The people next to our table waited longer then got still cold fish and ended up getting a refund. This was the first truly bad Hardees that I had visited.
