I usually check my order before I leave but I was in a rush to beat 85 traffic, and since I had just ordered a simple chicken sandwich combo and saw the sandwich and fries + sauces in the bag, no reason to delve further. I go out to my car, unwrap my sandwich only to find my chicken sandwich was missing the most important part...the damn chicken filet!? Seriously!?! I was honestly so miffed cuz not only was it missing the filet but it was not made how I specified in my app order (it had things on it I had requested to not be) and I would have just taken them off, but to not have the actual chicken filet was like OMFG HOW THO?!...so I walk back in and there was yet another small queue for the counter, but I didn't care, I just walked right up and was like "umm yeah I was just in and ordered a chicken sandwich yet the CHICKEN was missing!?". I show the girl and she is like "um, k..." and then stood there like she didn't know what to do. So then she says something to one of the workers in the cooking area about the chicken part of the chicken sandwich missing and one of the guys is like "there's no way" I'm like "uh yeah my thoughts exactly". So then this guy comes out (btw the girl never even apologized she was just like "ok we'll get u a filet") until the guy came out and was like "wow sorry about that, we'll make you a new sandwich (like I think the girl was literally going to give me just a filet to put on the empty bun!?)" and he went back to apparently go make it.
