Honestly the portion size was large, food was hot and delicious!! I have found a new spot in Goldsboro for fish!!! My only reason for not giving the final star was the number of workers who did not have their masks covering their noses and lack of gloves as the waitress checked orders. COVID has made me more conscious of this and expect more from businesses!

Here's why - The drive-through was fast The window/speaking person was both very clear and very pleasant. Her appearance was neat and clean. (No one wants to be served by a sloppy person, the thought is "how did the sloppy person take care of my food?") My burger was reasonable in size - could have been a little bigger, but more on that later... The french fries were hot, well-spiced and NOT oily - which is unusual these days. Everything was in the bag. Nothing forgotten. Well done, Wendy's in Goldsboro, well done. Burger size - so... Wendy's used to be the restaurant where the burger extended beyond the bun. Now, similar to other fast-food places, that burger has shrunk. Wendy's for decades was distinctive by having the bigger burger and had wonderfully witty ads about this. They were famous. It would be nice to see Wendy's be famous for that again. I would pay more for that.

We made him blush. The atmospher was quaint and reminicent of those old school stores from the late 70's where there was ice cream for sale, hot dogs, 'drinks', potato chips and little things for sale at the counter. We loved it.
