Stopped at Hardee's in Perry,FL on February 15, 2026 around 12:09 PM while passing through town. My 16-year-old son asked what Hardee's was, and since it was actually my first job years ago, I was excited for him to try his first Frisco sandwich. The restaurant wasn't slammed -- a few people inside and a few cars in the drive-thru. The cashier (Aniyah) walked up to the register and just stared at us. No greeting, no "how can I help you." I ordered two Frisco combos, one without tomato. After waiting about 15 minutes, I noticed customers who ordered after us getting their food. When I asked what was going on, I was told they had to "drop fresh meat." No apology or explanation beyond that. Several minutes later, more burgers were served to others. I asked for a refund. The refund was handled by a manager with no name tag who was openly rude and abrupt. Still no apology. I asked who she reported to and was told the district manager, Chris, was on site. We had to ask twice to speak with him before he finally came out. He said he was working on correcting poor customer service. At that point, I had to ask for our food to be made. About five minutes later, we received the sandwiches -- but no fries. The fries were then pulled from another bag and handed to us. No apology at any point. The fries were cold and stale. Total time inside was roughly 45 minutes. I rarely leave bad reviews. I understand rushes, staffing issues, and mistakes. What I don't understand is complete disregard for basic customer service -- no greeting, no communication, no accountability, and no courtesy from staff or management. ABSOLUTE Worst fast food place when it comes to service and general experience was second to Burger King which is now gone. I gave this place two chances and both times were a huge disappointment. I ordered couple of sausage egg and cheese biscuit with some large hash rounds and large drink. How in the world can you run out of has rounds when you are known for breakfast?? No coke zero at all?? Now of all things no large drinks only medium?? You all need new management who know how to run a place that has friendly people and more importantly who knows how to keep a fast food business fully stocked of the basic essentials. Will not go back... will not recommend. Service = poor. Employees = not to friendly look unhappy. No wonder other places in town are starting to do breakfast. The girls seem pretty new behind the counter, but I know hey we were all there one day, and she did a pretty good job. I ordered a famous star with cheese with extra pickle husband got the same. Hardee's on the East Coast is the same as Carl's Jr. on the West Coast, just with a different name. Burgers came and we were on our way, my burger was in three pig pieces, the meat was, I was like what did you do pick him part three different burgers or something, but it was edible and it was actually pretty good. Hubbies Was pretty good too. Not bad for a fast food burger. I liked the brioche feel of the fun, not a regular boring bun. read more

Good was left over from day before so it was dry and tough . French fries were ok a mix of fresh and old. Honestly go to Johnson's Bakery Their cheeseburger is spot on. Service is fast as the food is old. The ambiance short to the point. read more

They have horrible customer service they do not cook the food right and I am not just hating I am being so for real I have contacted there corporal office about it and if nothing gets done about me eating raw food and having horrible customer service towards me I will sue this has been the third time they have messed up consecutively. read more

Really. This is not a loaded omelet biscuit!! It's my go-to at Hardee's and is usually nice fluffy eggs loaded with meats. You can't even see the "omelet" on this biscuit. Noticed after we had driven too far away. If traveling just wait for the one in the next town. read more

Went there for breakfast. Customer service is an absolute zero! The 1st young lady asked" what can I do for you?",w/out even making eye contact, or a thank you after ordering. Received my order without a thank you again. Upon leaving the store,I found someone's gum wrapper in my hash rounds,after eating several of them!! Returned and requested the mgr,Mgr, got another employee who looked at it and simply said" get him another hash round",nothing else. So the mgr(Karen) finally comes up and asked what's wrong, and when i show her,she says to me" that couldn't have happened here,get him another hash round". All I was looking for was a refund and apology, but I basically was told I was lying. Reached out to the owner, who promised to contact me at 3pm same day. Its been over a week,and no contact, or any type of apology. So I definitely warn any and all of dining here,as I could have been very well exposed to something from someone's gum& wrappee in my food. Really good restaurant. The food was delicious. The wait at the drive thru was long. We always love Hardee's. Very affordable.

This Hardee's has been churning out some of the most disgusting versions of their product for years now. My husband & I had sworn off of eating at this particular location ever again due to the numerous bad experiences we have had there however, tonight we were stuck between a rock & a hard place due to it being 9 p.m. with limited carryout options. We were already too far away before realizing just how bad it was. Therefore, a return/refund option (that should have also included a huge apology dripping with embarrassment) was not pursued. We ordered their cod fish sandwich with fries. The sandwiches looked like they had been sat on with indiscernible amounts of lettuce & mayo & the cod was disgusting. The fry boxes were more than half empty. So basically we drove thru & donated ten bucks to Hardee's in Perry. There appears to never be an adult in sight nor available by phone during these occurrences & the teenagers on shift absolutely do not care about product or service (shocker). So I would say the franchise owner has definitely dropped the ball with this one & needs to get back in it or sell it. In the meantime DO NOT EAT HERE! read more

Stay away after dark! It's ran by teenagers and apathetic management staff. The food service is slow, the cashiers Do Not Listen and turn away during the order. The food was hastily prepared and sloppy in appearance. It's just disappointing, keep driving Tallahassee is another 51 miles. read more

I drove down there this morning for a smokey sausage and egg breakfast. As I am not familiar with their menu, the crew asked me between small and large. I said what's that?? they say it's about the griddles and drink. Then as I'm losing my train of thought expressing myself as I'm not a native English speaker, I told them I'll get the small with shake. They were all laughing at me as they cannot understand what I meant by "shake". As i drove down to wait my order, i totally LOST it that I have raised a finger on that same crew who laughed at me. then the general manager came to my car with the "shake", and I told her that "you guys are a f@#&ing racist laughing at me like I'm like freaking idiot, I'm gonna write this horrible experience!" As I drove off, this general manager made a STUPID move by blocking my way like she's trying to get herself get hit by a car. then she got her camera then took my license plate. Just FYI, your CCTV just got you recorded doing that idiotic move of blocking my way, so I dare you to sue me, and i dare you to upload my car from your phone camera, and you'll get a lawsuit on your doorstep! read more

I know what to expect at Hardee's: a good sausage biscuit. This time I ordered the pork chop sandwich which was a bit dry. A little more gravy would have helped. My wife had a biscuit with egg, and she was very happy with it. Hardee's is a good value. read more

Cleaner than most of the other restaurants around, the only complaint is that they are a bit slow on getting you food. I would not recommend the Mexican part of the menu, but the burgers are fresh and great tasting. read more

They have good service they are fast and elite. They are good at making burgers and fries and they have amazing food. They have a great variety. Don't get me started on the milkshakes just wow. I go there quite often to get one and they are perfect. It's a nice clean fast-food joint. There service is just amazing. read more
