Cleanest most efficient Subway I've been to in a while. Michelle and Sierra are rockin that place! Highly recommend.

My…read more16-year-old son asked what Hardee's was, and since it was actually my first job years ago, I was excited for him to try his first Frisco sandwich. The restaurant wasn't slammed -- a few people inside and a few cars in the drive-thru. The cashier (Aniyah) walked up to the register and just stared at us. No greeting, no "how can I help you." I ordered two Frisco combos, one without tomato. After waiting about 15 minutes, I noticed customers who ordered after us getting their food. When I asked what was going on, I was told they had to "drop fresh meat." No apology or explanation beyond that. Several minutes later, more burgers were served to others. I asked for a refund. The refund was handled by a manager with no name tag who was openly rude and abrupt. Still no apology. I asked who she reported to and was told the district manager, Chris, was on site. We had to ask twice to speak with him before he finally came out. He said he was working on correcting poor customer service. At that point, I had to ask for our food to be made. About five minutes later, we received the sandwiches -- but no fries. The fries were then pulled from another bag and handed to us. No apology at any point. The fries were cold and stale. Total time inside was roughly 45 minutes. I rarely leave bad reviews. I understand rushes, staffing issues, and mistakes. What I don't understand is complete disregard for basic customer service -- no greeting, no communication, no accountability, and no courtesy from staff or management. Disappointing experience, especially when trying to share a small memory with my kid.
