This place isn't perfect but I've never had a bad meal. Service can be slow so bring your patience. This particular location is attached to the Love's Travel Center so it can be busy with the truck drivers. I find that I get better service inside vs drive thru. There are outlets at almost every table/booth so you can charge your electronics. I enjoy coming for breakfast and one of my favorite items is the Country Ham biscuit. Most breakfast places don't offer a country ham. Also the biscuits appear to be homemade. They are good! Lunch and dinner are good too. The burgers are tasty. I would skip the apple or peach pies. This particular Hardee's is located in the Love's Travel Plaza just off of Interstate 95. It is located on Highway 46 and is an easy on and easy off proposition grab a quick burger and fries and get back on the highway. It also makes it extremely convenient because while you are grabbing your meal, you can also fill your gas tank. I don't do fast food very often, but how did the fast food burger chains, I would have to say that Hardy's is probably the best. Their burgers are definitely a Step Beyond your typical fast food type Burger. I would almost compare it to a national chain type burger. Their burgers also have a pretty good price point. Service here was friendly and professional and I was in and out with my order in no time flat. This is a new Love's Travel Plaza. So it is not falling apart by any means. It was all so clean when I was in there. As I said, I do not do fast food very often, but this was definitely a good meal. If you are traveling down Interstate 95 and want to grab a fast meal, I would definitely recommend here. read more

After coming home from a mini vacation we decided to grab something to eat because we were exhausted from the trip so we chose Hardee's. We were greeted as we walked in immediately which I love that we were acknowledged we were there. We only ate breakfast there so we needed some time to decide what we're going to get however the young lady was there to answer any questions if we had any. The Fresco Burger is my favorite which I decided to get a double instead. My family chose to get the chicken strips and fries. As I wanted to know how they liked the chicken tenders but I noticed they were practically gone so there was no need for a question. The prices were very decent especially when traveling they tend to raise some prices. The restaurant is connecting to a LOVES convenience store. So really it benefited us all the way around cause we were able to gas up for work tomorrow. The only part was they forgot the fries but the manager fixed it quickly and also gave an apple pie just for the inconvenience but it happens also he fixed it. This place is located in the Love's travel stop. I used to live in North Carolina which is the home base of Hardee's so it does have some nostalgic appeal to me. They have some good breakfast sandwiches and really good chicken tenders here.I think the chicken tenders compare very well to those you would get at any restaurant. read more

Stopped here for a fuel-up - first time at this location. Wasn't really hungry, but I rarely get to visit a Hardee's, and this one was so inviting. I ordered breakfast because it was about 10:20. The staff, even though switching over to lunch, was attentive and friendly. The food, even in the last minutes of breakfast, was hot and fresh. The team members communicated well with one another expediting and preparing food. Kudos. Always impressed when people do their jobs well. We're already figuring out how to hit up a Hardee's for lunch on this vacation - hope it's just as good! read more

Waited in the drive thru line for over ten minutes. The problem was I was the only car in line. This location was not busy at the time of my visit. I ended up leaving since I waited so long with out being helped. Will not go back to this location. I would consider this location slow food since the service is horrible. read more

For reference I am a 21 year old girl, I never ever make reviews and would only ever if it was a good one because i don't like cutting other people or businesses down. I understand everyone has bad days and service isn't always gonna be amazing and things happen but this incident really made me so frustrated and like I didn't matter. Went to go get breakfast on October 24th 2021, I arrived and went inside at about 10:15 and ordered my food. It came out to like $14, I waited and waited and after about 15-20 minutes(they were decently busy so I didn't think anything of it or really care because I understand people get busy) I saw 3 people who ordered after me get my food so I walk up and kindly ask "hey 3 people who ordered after me got their food, is it almost ready" the cashier got the lady who was looking at the orders and bagging up the food, and the women bagging the food continues to ask what I got and I tell her, she said "there's nothing up there(might I add about 10 minutes had went by after ordering and I looked up at the screen and saw my order that said my name and I also had a receipt) so the women looks at me and says "idk what to tell you, I called everyone's names for the orders" I said "I've been standing here for 20 minutes now...you didn't call me, so can you please just make my food" she's arguing with me instead of just getting it made and the problem solved... so then she proceeds to tell me "I can't make your breakfast, because it's past breakfast" I said "well that's why I got here before breakfast ends so I could get breakfast" keeps proceeding to tell me "idk what to tell you and I can get you lunch" might I add I don't like fast food at all... especially not lunch and dinner foods from there. I really just wanted Hardee's breakfast. Never offered to just refund me on my card or anything since I would be leaving empty handed, I was just told I was shit out of luck. MIGHT I ADD SHE NEVER ONCE SAID SORRY OR APOLOGIZED FOR THE INCONVENIENCE AND SHE JUST KEPT SAYING "I'm not even supposed to be working today, I'm helping train" like that had to do with anything about my food not being made? Was also so extremely rude to the cashier(her coworker) I felt so bad. So...basically she wrote me down for my two orders and to "come back tomorrow" (what if I was from out of town and couldn't "come back tomorrow) I left empty handed with no food, a $14 charge to my card and wasted just about 40 minutes in Hardee's for nothing, and left crying because I just felt so frustrated and taken advantage of. Now I understand why Karen's are the way they are. I'm a 21 year old young girl. She didn't take me serious or give a shit about me or my feelings. I won't ever be back, so frustrating. read more
