The restaurant dining area was clean and free of any clutter and the hostess and server was extremely friendly and attentive and was quick to welcome me and take my drink and food order. I ordered the 9' "meat lover's" pizza minus the bacon, the ingredients were kinda clunky but plentiful - although the restaurant wasn't busy it seemed my order was somewhat rushed it was a little undercooked in my opinion and lacked any favor even when I covered it with the red pepper flakes - the thin crust seemed to be premade and lacked any chew and definitely wasn't crispy very generic and bland - the sauce was just mediocre I figured it came from a can and also lacked any complexity. This is not the pizza I was expecting or hoping for and it's doubtful that I'll return anything soon. They have a number of positive things going on here, it's a cute venue with amazing service but the quality of the food and preparation could use some work...

When I finally got old enough to leave town and experience real NY slices, I realized what a goldmine Titusville has always had in our own backyard--this is the real stuff. I don't mess with my order--a large cheese pizza, mozzarella sticks if I'm feeling a little extra. I was raised on the antipasto salad and I crave it from time to time. The place might be worn down, but the service is always friendly and the pizza is always solid. This will always taste like home, to me.
