We came with a large group and the service was great. We ordered a ton of appetizers for the table and the show stoppers were the smoked fish dip, island conch fritters, and garlic cheese bites. Ok y'all. This place is legit! Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon. 7/25. Had live music. Just a dude a guitar. He was very good. Sat outside. Nice view of water. Got our drinks and the peel and eat. Fresh and fat shrimp. Delish! I got the grilled mahi and wife got blackened mahi. Both were outstanding. It's crazy because other water front restaurants are saying they can't get mahi. My husband and I absolutely loved the food. We ordered the smoked fish dip with homemade chips, coconut shrimp, and the shrimp and crab tacos. Three stars. Pier 220 offers incredible waterfront views. It is a great spot to relax with a delicious cocktail and enjoy the scenery. The vibe is laid-back and beachy. As far as food is concerned, I was not particularly fond of it. But they are known for the fresh seafood. I opted for standard bar food, specifically the "wings", although they were actually thighs, which isn't really my preference. After a fourth visit, a review is definitely in order! This charming waterfront restaurant and bar is a great casual place with lots of options. We love stopping in for lunch with an amazing view anytime we're passing. It's convenient to get to from 95, and there is plenty of parking for everyone. It's also pug friendly outside! Located underneath a huge bridge, they have both indoor and outdoor table seating - along with an outdoor bar and some adjacent high tops. Walk in and you're immediately at the hostess stand. We've never had to wait for a table, but this place does get quite busy. Servers are always pleasant and efficient. Although the menu has many options, we seem to order pretty much the same things to share. Blacked Shrimp tacos are delicious- their homemade pico de gallo on top is yummy and it's served with a smokey chipotle sauce on the side. We also share the fried grouper tacos - lightly battered and fried nicely! We love their garlic Parmesan cheese curds when we're feeling a lil extra naughty! Lastly, their Ahi Tuna app is delicious. The outdoor seating was perfect! It was very busy so had to wait to grab a table, outdoor seating was first come first serve. The kitchen was backed up 60-90 mins so ended up just grabbing drinks. We went on a Friday night as a party of 5 and we got seated inside immediately. Our waitress was amazing, she was attentive and funny, she got our drinks out super quick and would check on our food for us when she noticed it was taking a while. Reason I would rate this a 3.5/4 the food took an hour to arrive. The appetizers came at a timely manner but we didn't expect to be waiting for so long. We got the calamari as our appetizer and that was good: Food was a solid 4, I got the blackened Mahi sandwich and there was more bread than fish. My husband got the fish and chips and he said it was fine, My friend got the fried shrimp and he said it was amazing and then my sister got the tacos with rice and beans. Ok the view is worth it! Although they don't take reservations, the 4 of us were able to sit right on the dock, over the water, at sunset. It was beautiful. Our server, Amanda, was terrific. She made us feel welcomed and wonderful, and no bother. We had the scallop skewers (8 sea scallops! For $20!) and the shrimp tacos (tasty!) along with kids food. The quesadilla was good, the butter pasta was not. So, any kids that are picky eaters and say they only eat butter pasta, this is the fake butter and not tasty. But also, it was supposed to be Alfredo sauce which I'm sure would have been tastier. But hey, if that was the only downside? Not a biggie at all. I went down with a group and 15+ for a kayaking trip. We had decided to stop here for dinner prior to so we made reservations for 15 people about two days ahead of time. Initially, I was concerned they were going to tell me no with that size group, but after the hostess made no issue of the number I was quite excited! Upon arrival they had seating for 15 as promised, and sat us promptly. Service was amazing, especially for a big group like that. She was quick and spot on, and best of all super friendly. Sometimes with big groups, the staff leave you feeling like you are an inconvenience, which was not the case at all! Everyone was very complementary of the food, but most of all I'm looking forward to having the Caribbean salad on my next trip down there in a couple of weeks. Yum!!! Decided to have lunch here after a scrubbed launch. Only one server on the floor and she said she was the only one on the schedule till noon (on a launch morning ‍). There were two tables of 6 and multiple two and four tops seated. She did the best she could with what was handed to her. We ordered the blackened mahi entree and mahi tacos. The black beans were the hottest thing in the plate. The fish was overcooked and dry to the point of asking for the dish to be comped. This time it was my turn to try a fried shrimp platter I selected pasta salad and French bread as my sides which came with cocktail sauce and drawn butter a generous amount of shrimp and just the right portions of sides. My friend ordered the grouper bites which were fried to perfection as an appetizer and the shrimp and crab tacos as her entree. They looked amazing and had me wishing I had ordered them too. We were in town leaving for a cruise. My wife looked up good places to eat around our area. We decided to go to Pier 220 for dinner. Arrived at 8:15PM and the dining room only had 2 tables occupied when we arrived. Got our drink orders made (soda and water), ordered a crab cake and cheese curds. The appetizers were just ok at best. We also had ordered our meal, a burger, and steak pasta. A few other tables had came in and already got their food. At 9:10 I asked server about our food and she came back out saying it's been rushed and the manager put it on rush to get done. Was another 15 min until our food came out after asking 2 more times about it. I asked if the manager was aware of the EXTREME delay and she said yes. We were done eating, and honestly the food did t seem to come out "piping hot" as just completed. I asked her for the check and was brought out at full charge. I questioned it and she said that's what that manager said to do. I asked to speak to the manager and she stated that the manager left at 8:30???? (How did the manager rush our food, or have the opportunity to make the delay right if she wasn't there)? I'm not the type of person who comes to an establishment to get a FREE meal, and understand that mistakes happen, but take accountability for them, and at nothing less, a "discount" or at LEAST an apology for the very subpar experience. Stopped here after a long day on the intercostal for an early Father's Day dinner. We don't have a reservation but we're able to walk right in at 4:30. The hostess was wonderful and cleared a table by the back window for us. Sam was our server he was kind and friendly. There were several times with "reserved" signs on them and with a small number of tables available I'm certain they fill up during peak hours. We were lucky to snag a prime window spot where we saw dolphins, manatees, birds and fish. We ordered the grouper bites, Mahi sandwich and crab and shrimp tacos with the rice and beans. Everything was delicious. Sometimes seafood can be bland or over the top seasoned, I'd say this was a perfect mix of flavor. We LOVE key lime pie so ordered the key lime pie cake for dessert. It was lacking in flavor, plenty sweet but not much key lime flavor. The decor and atmosphere are clean with a classy touch of seaside. It doesn't need much because the view is wonderful. We watched dolphins for over an hour. There are no restaurant only restrooms. The restrooms are shared with the outside pier/general public. They're located outside by the tiki bar. They are what you'd expect of an outdoor restroom and almost made us lose our appetites. If you don't need to use them, DONT. read more

I can't believe I didn't take pictures. The food is always great here. We had the shrimp skewers with saffron rice and mixed veggies. Veggies were just ok. Skewers were amazing. We also had the Blackened Mahi Skewers and fries. They were super flavorful and the fries were nice and crispy. The last meal we had was the Tri tip Alfredo pasta. This was just ok. We told our son not to get pasta but kids don't listen. Overall- the food was delicious and fresh. We sat outside. Charlie, Charlie, Charlie. Charlie is the so-called GM at Pier 220, Orleans grill, and the new, but not improved Shilos. Which now is named Driftwoods. These three restaurants are owned by the same entity. I was hired as a line cook at Pier 220. I lasted five days. I never trusted Charlie, as was proven that he is untrustworthy. I am in charge of my senior mother's care and had given the management the dates needed off that were previously scheduled, regarding mothers appointments. These dates were ignored and I was scheduled to work after the kitchen manager had already given Charlie a list of dates that I was unavailable. After calling the restaurant ten or so times getting no answer I decided to make a visit. I had made an order, and while waiting Charlie approached. He was aggressive and denied my order and then kicked me out of the restaurant. After speaking man to child outside (Charlie...you are a child, not a leader) we left open ended. After calling the restaurant the next morning I was told my job was done. What a coward. I should have trusted my instinct. These guys are super shady. Also, while having been there only a few days, a guest found an industrial size staple in their Linguini. Yummy. Good luck Charlie, you're going to need it. PS, the waitstaff enjoys putting thier dirty little fingers into the customers french fry bowl for a snack while it's ready to be sold...YIKES. Stopped here on our way to Cape Canaveral Beach. A very nice outdoor kind of place on the water right off of the highway before you cross the bridge. Perfect place for a couple of appetizers and a couple of cocktails. We had the Jerk chicken thighs and Conch fritters for lunch, and they did not disappoint at all.
