I am no longer a fast food diner, mainly because of sodium content and other 'not so good for you' food choices. Today, my wife picked up the crispy chicken strips to hold us over until her amazing risotto is ready for dinner. Here's my take: the first tender I ate was tender, but a little salty, and the next two tenders were chewy. Not sure why, but that was my first and last experience. I absolutely would not recommend getting a job here, especially if there's a certain night manager that likes to get physically aggressive with the employees for asking a simple question. Sunday 11:55am Stopped in for a quick snack - had to wait with quite a few others for the breakfast service to change to lunch. Food was hot but in their rush to get the stacked lunch orders served, they forgot several things. Automated ordering Plenty of employees Haven't been to McDonald in awhile and won't be returning anytime soon. While pricing has increased quite a bit, the amount of food has decreased. Driving down 1-95 at 2:00 AM may give one a different perspective than having to deal with a place of business everyday if your a local to the area and see bad behavior repeated over and over. I respect the negative reviewers and their experiences but I must say seeing the Golden Arches was a welcoming sight after being up all day and half the night. I can't review the cleanliness of the restaurant, the restrooms or even the quality of the food served here but I do applause the owner for offering up fresh hot coffee 24 hours a day at the drive-thru. I was a little surprised to see a line at this time of the morning so apparently there is a need. I was greeted by a cheerful employee when I placed my order and paid the $1.06 for a medium coffee at the first drive up window and was presented with my order by a second employee equally enthusiastic. This was a welcoming sight at this hour and shows the owner is doing something right at this location. I understand this is a snap shot of the service provided, so my advice is try them out at 2:00 AM lol and you may have a different opinion or contact the manager or owner and provide some feedback based on your experience and see how they reaction to some constructive criticism. read more

The staff manager, Danielle Is the rudest worker i've ever had. She was yelling at her staff in front of all of the customers and even yelled at a customer for asking for coffee from a fresh pot!!! It saddens me because the older lady who worked there was so nice and so friendly but i didn't catch her name. What ever you do save yourself the trouble and just go inside or go somewhere else. It can be early in the morning or midnight and you will still have to wait in drive-thru. This location is 24 hours as it is located right off of I-95 on State Road 46. Prices appear to be a little bit higher than most McDonald's. I do have to say that the food has always been pretty much fresh and hot but the time it takes to get it sometimes isn't worth it. read more

I spent $24 on dinner for the family. I turned down the receipt because I am trying to use less paper that I end up throwing away. We get our food and head on our way home. At home we realize we didn't get the chocolate milk with the kids meal a parfait and the 2 cheeseburgers for the dogs. I call and talk to the nice manager on the phone and she was able to look up my meal and asked if I wanted to come back - I declined and said I would be by tomorrow. She said she was making a "note" of it and just to let them know. Today I go by at about 5:00 with high hopes of an easy transaction. It was anything but. I told the worker in the drive through and she said to pull forward. I then repeated the same story to the manager and she said that if I didn't have the manager's name that I talked to or a receipt she couldn't give me anything. She said it was the owner's policy. I said why wouldn't the manager I talked to Saturday night on the phone tell me about this policy so I would make sure to write her name down? That manager knew I declined the receipt. The manager even repeated herself and said it was the owner's policy and she couldn't give out free food. I said if I was lying I would've said I missed a lot more than about $4 worth of food. All she could do was take my phone number to give it to the owner. So overall the food was fine, but the owner's policies that the managers have to carry out is terrible! I will not be visiting this McDonald's again. I am going to go to the one 2 miles away on Garden St. read more

Kylie is BEYOND disrespectful.. worst customer service I've ever experienced. I went to the Drive Thru 04/30/21 @ about 9:15pm. The order was wrong, the First Lady was super sweet and helpful!! She was awesome BUT Kylie... she came to the window read the order so fast I couldn't understand I asked her to repeat it, she got annoyed with me asking then repeats it slowly. After she finished, I started to explain what I ordered and I maybe got 2 words in before she interrupts me. She repeats herself AGAIN! She makes sure customers hear her but if a customer responds she doesn't even listen. I asked for the manager, I didn't get his name but he came to the window just asked for me to pull forward to wait 30 seconds for fries. I didn't know he was the manager since he didn't introduce himself, so I respectfully said no because I was waiting for the manager to come. THEN he says he IS the manager... I explained the situation. He never once apologized, didn't do anything but correct the order and gave the food he then walked away. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Get it together! This is absolutely THE WORST McDonalds EVER! They never get the orders correct, they are rude when you ask for them to fix their mistakes, your food more than likely will be cold or your fries over salted, and sometimes they choose not to take orders during the evenings even though they are supposed to be open 24 hours. The only reason why I still come here occasionally is because it is the only fast food restaurant within a 15 minute drive. I feel sorry for people traveling down 95 that get off the highway to experience this clusterfuck of a place they call McDonalds. Unless you enjoy paying for a surprise meal (who knows if it will be good and who knows if it will be what you actually ordered,) I'd continue driving to the next fast food restaurant. read more

Good food, mcdonalds is alway a great place to eat on a budget or in a rush. i'm on a road trip driving from florida to connecticut and we stopped here for a quick lunch and the food was okay. i love mcdonalds but they somehow always mess up the order, my grandmother ordered a plain cheeseburger but got a normal one when we specifically asked for it to be plain, other than that the food was good and the rest of us enjoyed it. i recommend this to people who don't really have any preferences and want the food how it is. read more

I live 0.5 miles away from here and my opinion is: This is the worst RUN McDonald's in the United States. If you could find worst, let me know. I used to come here every other day just for a drink or a cup of coffee but NEVER again. One cup of coffee in the drive thru takes on average about 25 minutes. Every time in the drive thru, McDonalds lose about 4-5 cars who just leave. The ice cream machine has been down for about 2 years now. The workers are outside smoking and playing on their cell constantly while there are 10 cars in line. The staff has ZERO manners and is untrained. Literally, this is the least efficient staff I've ever seen. I blame the owner 100% not McDonalds. McDonalds better get out here and see how poorly run this place is and replace this deadbeat owner. It's making them look AWFUL. read more

This place is the 1st place to eat going south after Daytona off 95. I can understand having a bad experience and getting food poisoning once, but twice in 4 months? Stay clear!!! Well i was up at the mcDonalds on 95 and 46 in mims and i was there at 10:30am and i ordered big breakfast and a bacon egg and cheese bisquit and it took awhole 10 mis when i ask the manager he said it takes time too cook and i said it dont take this long for 2 items well other people had been there longer than i sum of them had been there for 15 mins for 2 sandwiches finally i ask for the manager and the hispanic asst manager went and got her i showed her my ticket and she got my food took awhole 2 mins i said ty and left i hope they never get busy cause they wont make it alot of people just standing around doing nothing the cashier i noticed all she took were orders and then stood there since this store the public get there own drinks well i think they need to sproose up there times or there will be more complaints read more

This McDonalds is the reason the franchise faces challenges. I have stopped there three times over the last 27 years and always a problem. The last August 12, 2017. This time like all the other times I only stopped there out of desperation because the spot is isolated with no other options for food. The wait was very long about 20 minutes with only 4 cars in line at 4:20 am. When I finally got to the window to pick up my order thy left out one item, hot chocolate for my daughter. Now get this, they told me that I had to go back in line thy could not add it at the window. I am not sure who the franchise owner is but I would clean house. Asked to speak to a manager and the rude kid at the window who I am sure has a Conduct Disorder told me that he is the manager. What a joke, keep driving there are other business with more competent staff. I have never been inside of this restaurant, but now reading other post but now reading other post about the lack of cleanliness of the restaurant I plan no more visits to it. read more
