I was so excited to try a Fish sandwich from Hardee's, as the restaurant was one of childhood memory (and now that im an adult and eat pescatarian). This highly disappointed me... I don't know if it was the time of day or the staff was tired, but this meal was unsuccessful. I should have known because the store was eerily quiet (even with a few staff members there, and one talking on his phone) when I went to pick up our food. When I first opened the wrapper, immediately saw unappealing lettuce hanging out that got worse as I removed the bun. Thus I had to remove all the lettuce. I added hotsauce as I usually do with fish fillets, thinking it would help.. it didn't. The texture and taste of the pickles were so ick, that i spit it out. The fish was ok until it wasn't, and i have had decent beer battered fish from other establishments. The fries were cold and most of them were overcooked / hard sticks. The best part of the combo was the sweet tea. So basically, no one should have to deconstruct a meal they expected to be good to only be let down. read more

Drove through, paid way too much for breakfast because the prices have skyrocketed, fast food workers demanded a livable wage, which exploded the price of convenient fast foods, but here's the catch, THEY DONT PAY ATTENTION. Was in and ordered the bbq burger and a frisco burger large drink large fries. I normally go through the drive through to get the chicken biscuit with heavy onions,pickles,mayonnaise which is always spot on . But I decided to go in inside today made my order at the counter nice lady working after order was taken I waited order came up so I take my tray an go to sit and get drink condiments napkins straw . This is for the Harbor Point Village Hardees 13736 Hull St Midlothian. If you are looking to eat inside this Hardees on weekends don't waste your time and gas as they only do drive thru. They gave been closed on Saturday inside for months, so I know better than to go fight the Hull st lights and traffic. Apparently they are now closing inside on Sundays too. When you walk into a Hardee's at dinner time and it's empty that ought to be the first clue to turn around and walk back out. The dirty tables should be the next clue. But we were hungry, had a long drive, and didn't want to stop again. Bad choice. The service was rude and slow (we were made to wait while the worker chatted with her friend). The El Diablo burgers we ordered were squashed, the bread was stale, the jalapeño poppers were scanty and had clearly been around under the heat lamp for a while, the cheese was pitifully small, and they even left the bacon off! What!? And to add insult to injury the buns were left in the grill too long and slightly burned. But at least the fries were hot and fresh. read more

I travel the distance between the two on Hull Street and never got my breakfast. I'm a doordasher and had to go to this location twice yesterday. It reflects poorly upon me when an order is late. Usually restaurants have the food ready before you arrive. Stood in the lobby for over 30 minutes waiting for an order while watching order after order go out the drive-thru window. At one point there were 8 of is standing in the lobby all waiting for our food while people were continuously being served in.the drive-thru. One of the worst fast food places around and the management is by far the worst I've ever seen. There is one manager in particular don't know her name but if you sit down to eat or even when you're standing waiting for your food she constantly stares and you and everyone else in the building. Last time 2 times i have been and sat down to eat she just stares non stop until you leave and only looks away if you look back at her for a while. I believe she drinks on the job and is constantly drunk because I smelled alcohol on her breath whilst I was ordering and she forgets a lot of things and walks as if she were drunk. I heard some of the staff talking about how she walked in with a case of beer and finished it all in about 30 minutes while on the job. The owner of this Hardee's needs to check management because that particular manager makes the place really unprofessional. I have seen cars wait for there food. Longest I've seen them wait was about 30 minutes for 2 cups and a small burger. And I'm sure there has been more. One time about 10 people one after another came in because their order was wrong and all she could do was give them a free sanwhich ticket for next time they come in. Don't go here terrible service and also terrible management. The manager I am talking about is an old white lady she doesn't really talk you'll know who she is once you see her. read more
