Individual Components: The Crab Cake: Features a golden-brown crust with minimal filler. It is packed with sweet, tender lump crab meat and garnished nicely with fresh herbs. Although there were a few remnants of crab shell within the cake, this was my favorite part of the entire meal as the authentic flavor of Blue Crab was abundant. The Scallops: Four large sea scallops were seared to perfection on one side, displaying an appetizing caramelization while remaining incredibly tender and juicy inside.
