Staffing seems to be on the low side and needs to be fixed. Too many times have I only seen one or two people close at this location. Doordashing from here is asking for a wait time to at least 10-15 min past when doordash says it will be ready because non doordash orders seem to be prioritized over the non doordash orders. DoorDash needs to change the wait times to accurately reflect the actual wait time and I myself have tried doordashing from this location when they were within one to two hours of opening and had my order canceled with no explanation from this location. So both doordash and papa johns need to do better for this location.

My wife, son and I all ordered the all natural lemonade. Just like we have done many times and many locations including this one we went up for a refill. My husband went up and the same female employee loudly said so that the entire resurant could hear that we couldn't get a refill. There was no offer for paying 25 cents for more or anything like that. It was a straight up no with an attitude. We could get the fountain lemonade but tthat is subpage in taste That same female employee was having an obvious passive aggressive power struggle with the manager. It was causing the whole kitchen to appear to be in chaos and very disorganized. We are rethinking if we will come back to this restaurant. The tv menu was broken so we couldn't fully see what our options are. They had lamaneted copies of the menus that they handed to the customers but they were very rough. Also in the future if you don't give refills on that lemonade maybe put a sign on it saying you don't.
