I'm obsessed with Taco Bell. I love everything about it and they could do no wrong. I want Taco Bell to be served at my funeral. The service is incredible. The ambience is great always and they never mess up ever. I just love them. read more

I asked for extra cheese on my bean and cheese burrito and they dosed it with nacho cheese. Nacho cheese is not something that goes on the bean burrito. This restaurant historically cannot get orders done correctly so I can't recommend anyone eat there. This has been an ongoing problem for at least two years. read more

Ok, so I went to the Taco bell in Forest lake, MN. Because of the new chicken bowls they have. My daughter sent me a picture of the one she got at The Taco Bell in North Branch, MN. And it looked really good. Well her version and mine were vastly different. Lets just say hers had all the ingredients and mine had half the amount and half the ingredients . Lets just say don't go to the forest lake Taco Bell save your money and go to one of the other stores and get what you pay for. read more

When I went in the bag to pick up the tacos they we put in upside down and spilled out into the bag. Not one single sauce packet. I went through the drive thru to get the situation fixed. I saw a review for rating best breakfast fast food burritos and they picked Taco Bells cheesy toasted breakfast burrito and showed a burrito oozing cheese. They said that it was almost too much. So I went to the Forest Lake, MN Taco Bell and ordered that nice looking burrito. What I got was the first three bites if a toasted tortilla, the next two bites were of a dry filling. I took it in and asked the manager WHERE yhe cheese was. She unrolled it and saw the maybe a teaspoon of cheese, then said that I was thinking of the Grande. With cheesy the first word in the name you would think there would be at least a tablespoon. I will never go to Taco Hell again. I hate lies! read more

I liked this location better when meth heads ran it. Now it's just a bunch of goofs who are sub par at making tacos and bagging food. Every single time, without fail, they fuck something up. read more

the manager of this establishment is one of the rudest people I have dealt with during a fast food experience. Tried to explain that a mobile order had appeared to not go through once we were at the ordering box so I ordered the exact same food but once we got to the window my Apple Pay had shown it was charged so she preceded to say well we already made all the food, and so I said well I'm not going to pay twice for only wanting the one order and she said "not talking to us like that you aren't " and shut the window on me and walked away and once I raised my voice with the window shut another employee gave us the food. What an outrageous experience coming from someone who works a drive through everyday and can't imagine speaking to a customer like that, especially when we were trying to explain it super calmly bc mistakes happen and I know it can be frustrating to have to throw something away but how was that our fault. read more

Their food is decent, but the portions are generally small at this location, and thru the years of coming here, 50% of the time they forget an item in the drive thru. read more

Terrible place to eat. First, the drive through was cash only so we came in to eat. No big deal, but then they were out of the food we tried to order as well. Normally, don't write bad reviews but the worst of it all was their bathrooms. The male urinal looked like it hasn't been cleaned in over a year. Yellow dried pee all over it mixed with nasty gunk. That is the reason I am writing this. Cleanliness is clearly not a priority here read more

Will never go to this Taco Bell again. Drive thru line was wrapped around the parking lot so we went inside to order. Our order consisted of 3 Cool ranch tacos, 1 quesadilla and 2 soft shell tacos. After waiting 30 minutes, we still don't have our food. The workers are soooo slow. They are joking around with each other, fighting about their shift times and have no concern with moving at even a normal work pace. One of the workers is moving a broom around and then preparing food without changing gloves. Another female is snapping her gum super loud while working. Someone asked for fire sauce since the container in the lobby was put and instead of getting more, the cashier just hid the container "so no one else would ask". He needed to hurry back to argue about who was closing. Never again. 26 minutes for our order, read more

Bathroom is disgusting, literally vomited in there. Staff is friendly. Food falls short of expectations.

Holy buckets! This is the slowest fast food restaurant that I have ever seen. So far, I'm ten minutes into this drive trough lane. I know that this is a low bar to cross, but jeez! read more

It's crazy, great place to go at almost 2 in the morning every place in the world is shut down and you can still go have a fairly decent taco. You know what you're getting there's no questions, ifs or buts. This place has one star on its rating, go back through the drive-thru. read more

Would give zero stars this location is apparently known for messing up orders to skimping out on the product. I have order the same thing for ten years Nd EVERY TIME they give me a chicken quesadilla w lil to no meat the cheese not even melted the tortilla Luke warm Nd the kids think it's funny I specifically asked for them to make sure they put chicken in it bc last night I didn't get any Nd guess what?! They not only skimped me out but the kids were laughing Nd over heard the guys say "yeah this one" as in my order bc I stated to put chicken in it this time wel I got it Nd to my surprise NO CHICKEN NOT WVEN HOT still can see the shredded cheese Nd lettuce was added. I waited for 12 cars to go before me Nd they think it's funny. Seriously a waste of money Nd they should hire kids that actually want to do their job the correct way. Taco Bell standards aren't up to par. read more

Really slow service on a Wednesday night at about 6 pm. Took 15 minutes to get 2 tacos and a burrito.

This is the last time my wife and I will ever waste money again at any Taco Bell we ordered triple layer nachos tasted like stail chips left in nasty old fryer oil nasty cheese second a beef hot Frito griller old cold nasty meat hella tortilla burnt third a potato and cheese griller no cheese again nasty stale potatoes tasted like nasty fryer oil and tortilla again most of the wrap fourth 2 mini chicken casidillas so much sauce and one no chicken at all in it the other with alittle so called chicken that was grey looking. I don't know who they hired but damn to mess up that much and to be that careless with food is gross and observed to me I have lived multiple states had eaten many times as lots of taco bells this is the second and last time for me sad to say I just moved to Minnesota not a good start for fast food here. I'd rather not risk my health with this location or waste any money. My first review ever out of my 27 years of life. Hire people who can cook and actually care about health hazards and safety just sayin read more

Let me start off by saying their food is no different than any other Taco Bell. However, I am giving this place 4 stars because they have literally (and I do mean literally) never made a mistake with my order. It's a streak that has lasted probably a decade. read more

They turned the lights off at 12:45am to appear they were already closed. We decided to go through the drive thru anyways. They do take our order and when I told them all the lights are off they said they close in 2 minutes. I said actually it's 15 minutes and you just had 5 cars turn away thinking you were closed. I understand wanting to leave work early but it seriously you work fast food at bar close. Deal with it it or get a new job read more

My favorite Taco Bell!!! I always go here and they have never ever messed up my order! 100% accurate!

It is Mexican food that is good. You can tell it is under a heat lamp, but that is fast food for ya! That is really just it :).

Staff is friendly, speed seems to be throttled based on lack of hands on deck and clueless customers. sometimes im in and out, other times its borderline agonizing. the travesty of any fast food really. as far as taco bells go its five stars compared to the wreck of a store in north branch. four stars because the food is mediocre, yet cheap. this location has long hours, which is great. makes me feel like taco bell is always there for me. i can get tacos at 2:30am on a friday or saturday. wonderful. four stars because this store will make it right iffen there is any issues with my food. four stars because you cant expect a ton, and yet they still persistently deliver. a good quick bite. read more

I stopped at Taco Bell in Forest Lake tonight. I waited in line 10 minutes before my car got to the speaker. Gave my order and gentlemen taking order was very good. Got to the window and he handed me 2 bags. As I left the driveup I noted that I was missing the 2 Nacho Bell Grande. Parked the car and got out and went inside. I told them that I did not get the 2 Nacho Bell Grande and the girl said that she already knew. I waited again for the 2 to be made and I left. Then I decided to check the order and count everything. I found that the 2 chicken soft tacos were missing. I went back in and told the girl at the counter. She stood there-- and stood there and I asked her if she was going to get them. She still stood there and I then told her she needed to go back and get them and that I was not waiting all night. She asked if she needed to call the police on me because I was not being civil. I guess she wasn't going to get them, so I told them to forget it and I left. She needs to be taught customer service and problem solving and learn to at least act like she is taking care of the customer instead of just standing at the counter. read more
