I saw a review for rating best breakfast fast food burritos and they picked Taco Bells cheesy toasted breakfast burrito and showed a burrito oozing cheese. They said that it was almost too much. So I went to the Forest Lake, MN Taco Bell and ordered that nice looking burrito. What I got was the first three bites if a toasted tortilla, the next two bites were of a dry filling. I took it in and asked the manager WHERE yhe cheese was. She unrolled it and saw the maybe a teaspoon of cheese, then said that I was thinking of the Grande. the manager of this establishment is one of the rudest people I have dealt with during a fast food experience. Tried to explain that a mobile order had appeared to not go through once we were at the ordering box so I ordered the exact same food but once we got to the window my Apple Pay had shown it was charged so she preceded to say well we already made all the food, and so I said well I'm not going to pay twice for only wanting the one order and she said "not talking to us like that you aren't " and shut the window on me and walked away and once I raised my voice with the window shut another employee gave us the food. Will never go to this Taco Bell again. Drive thru line was wrapped around the parking lot so we went inside to order. Our order consisted of 3 Cool ranch tacos, 1 quesadilla and 2 soft shell tacos. After waiting 30 minutes, we still don't have our food. The workers are soooo slow. They are joking around with each other, fighting about their shift times and have no concern with moving at even a normal work pace. Really slow service on a Wednesday night at about 6 pm. Took 15 minutes to get 2 tacos and a burrito.

This is the last time my wife and I will ever waste money again at any Taco Bell we ordered triple layer nachos tasted like stail chips left in nasty old fryer oil nasty cheese second a beef hot Frito griller old cold nasty meat hella tortilla burnt third a potato and cheese griller no cheese again nasty stale potatoes tasted like nasty fryer oil and tortilla again most of the wrap fourth 2 mini chicken casidillas so much sauce and one no chicken at all in it the other with alittle so called chicken that was grey looking. I stopped at Taco Bell in Forest Lake tonight. I waited in line 10 minutes before my car got to the speaker. Gave my order and gentlemen taking order was very good. Got to the window and he handed me 2 bags. As I left the driveup I noted that I was missing the 2 Nacho Bell Grande. Parked the car and got out and went inside. I told them that I did not get the 2 Nacho Bell Grande and the girl said that she already knew. I waited again for the 2 to be made and I left. Then I decided to check the order and count everything. I found that the 2 chicken soft tacos were missing. I went back in and told the girl at the counter. She stood there-- and stood there and I asked her if she was going to get them. She still stood there and I then told her she needed to go back and get them and that I was not waiting all night. She asked if she needed to call the police on me because I was not being civil. I guess she wasn't going to get them, so I told them to forget it and I left. She needs to be taught customer service and problem solving and learn to at least act like she is taking care of the customer instead of just standing at the counter. read more
