For this reason my reviews will remain the same from location to location with small exceeption. My wife and I had just landed in Jacksonville, got our car then headed out. I definately needed some breakfast and this was the perfct place to stop. Great job by the McDonalds team keeping their restaurants fresh, bright, very clean, and a fun place to be. I like the new electronic ordering system (Kiosk) which was a nice addition. Even when ordering, a team member asked the customers if they needed any assistance, and walked them through the process. I use the McDonalds app which always seems to give me a hard time. Honestly, I am not a fan of the app and always seem to have a problem.. Thank you to the AMAZING team member Brooke who worked iwth me to get my issues resolved. She is clearly a shining star here. Like most locations, they had a big parking lot with an easy entrance in and out to the Main Street. All the food was fresh, hot and tasty. Clearly, McDonalds has developed a good, winning formula. Very friendly tattooed gentleman working the window and service was quick and accurate. I don't know why this Taco Bell has such low reviews. Apparently management doesn't care and/or they aren't paying enough to hire and retain staff. Why are there always people sleeping at tables in the dining room??? The food is ok, but the orders are sometimes wrong, the tables aren't cleaned, and the staff is so swamped there's nobody at the counter. This is a classic franchise management failure if there ever was one. Taco Bell is NOT CHEAP. How is it that they charge 80 cents to add a couple extra broken pieces of crunch strips or a half teaspoon of chopped onion bits, but if I order something without these things, the price is still the same??? You can go to a decent sit down restaurant for what it costs to go here. Almost $3 for fountain soda and they can't hire more staff or stop in to do something about people sleeping at the tables.

Something quick that you can have dropped out without much hassle. If that is your desire please do not order from this establishment. Right after placing the order the store owner calls me to tell me what they don't currently have that I ordered. No big deal easy fix. App said 20-30 minutes email said 20-30 minutes. Waiting for the usual notifications so I can when to get my pizza's off the porch. An hour later I get a phone call. Not only can the drivers not read contactless delivery but they also do not have the want or ability to at least walk it to your door. Had to go meet them at their car. Get inside immediately noticed food is missing. They usually forget something and I usually just ignore it but this time it was the one thing I wanted. Ordered two pizzas and the family paste with 2 trays of pasta and bread sticks. Noticed the box was small for 2 pastas so I opened it. I went from a having my own pasta to sharing one in the blink and of an eye. My first thought was I made a mistake and ordered the wrong one. Opened the app and confirmed I did indeed order the correct one with 2 trays and breadsticks. No big deal I'll call them and maybe the driver forgot it. Store owner Sean answers the phone and I explain I have food missing from my order. We go though the process of identifying and I tell him what I'm missing. He explains there's only one pasta on the receipt. I explain there's only one line item for pasta but it's a family size meaning 2. He says I don't know what to say the receipt says one pasta. He then offered to make another one if I wanted another one. After realizing the conversation clearly isn't going anywhere I say good day and hang up. As soon as I hang up I grabbed my copy of the receipt and call back. I asked store owner Sean how my a single tray is and he says 8.99 well my "single" tray cost 13.99 and that was when it clicked for him and he starts backpedaling. Tried to blame me by saying well I was trying to explain this to you earlier. I'm really confused because earlier he said I ordered a single pasta but clearly I paid 13.99 so either they're running some kinda of pasta scam or they just can't read and comprehend there own tickets. Long story sorry if you like being disappointed over and over and over and then get told you're the one that's wrong you should head on down to the local Callahan Pizza Hut Edit 5 hours later they send me a notification that my order is out for delivery. Either they're finally sending the other chicken pasta tray I ordered and paused for or they're just messing with me at this point.
