It was exactly what I ordered. I asked for honey, and they said they were out. I never understand this as the shelf life is so long. But they have not been out of anything in quite some time. The best part of the visit was Jessica, the lady behind the counter. She always had a smile, is happy to help. Today she delivered some orders to tables and asked the lobby if she could get anything for anyone. She stands out as someone who cares about her job.

For this reason my reviews will remain the same from location to location with small exceeption. My wife and I had just landed in Jacksonville, got our car then headed out. I definately needed some breakfast and this was the perfct place to stop. Great job by the McDonalds team keeping their restaurants fresh, bright, very clean, and a fun place to be. I like the new electronic ordering system (Kiosk) which was a nice addition. Even when ordering, a team member asked the customers if they needed any assistance, and walked them through the process. I use the McDonalds app which always seems to give me a hard time. Honestly, I am not a fan of the app and always seem to have a problem.. Thank you to the AMAZING team member Brooke who worked iwth me to get my issues resolved. She is clearly a shining star here. Like most locations, they had a big parking lot with an easy entrance in and out to the Main Street. All the food was fresh, hot and tasty. Clearly, McDonalds has developed a good, winning formula. KUDOs to the team at McDonalds and more KUDOS to Brooke and Lineshka who were friendly, warm, curteous and prvovided exceptional service.

Very friendly tattooed gentleman working the window and service was quick and accurate. I don't know why this Taco Bell has such low reviews. In the last three months especially, this location has done everything right in their power- outside of some hiccups with item availability which could or could not be in their control as a store. Keep it up! Was super tasty. Had to fight off my kitten!!

This place used to be good, but they don't have enough staff and it is VERY SLOW. It has been like…read morethis for quite some time, and the reviews confirm it. Apparently management doesn't care and/or they aren't paying enough to hire and retain staff. Why are there always people sleeping at tables in the dining room??? The food is ok, but the orders are sometimes wrong, the tables aren't cleaned, and the staff is so swamped there's nobody at the counter. This is a classic franchise management failure if there ever was one. Taco Bell is NOT CHEAP. How is it that they charge 80 cents to add a couple extra broken pieces of crunch strips or a half teaspoon of chopped onion bits, but if I order something without these things, the price is still the same??? You can go to a decent sit down restaurant for what it costs to go here. Almost $3 for fountain soda and they can't hire more staff or stop in to do something about people sleeping at the tables.
