When I asked her to correct it she put the bag on a tray and handed it to me. Well, When I went off on that the guy from the back came out and placed it on a tray. WOW!! even though i have LITTLE self respect, at least i don't work at hardee's. at that point, just lick a rock and add some grass over it and call it a "burger". toilet paper, never heard of it. our VERY lazy server DENIED my mother toilet paper when she needed it because the restaurant, located in the middle of nowhere with 4 people in it were "ready to order." and if you're parched, you won't be disappointed at their sorry excuse for dr pepper. it tasted like a shot of nyquil with carbonation. but, keep in mind, EVERY DRINK WAS FLATTER THAN MY BEST FRIENDS EX. the fact that my mom would've used the napkins as toilet paper, if they weren't out of them. their "meat product" seemed to make mcdonald's look organic. between the lazy employees, disgusting drinks and a impressive value of trash food. i wouldn't force my worst enemy to come to this establishment. read more

For all the crap they probably deal with from aggravated drives who are u happy because they are out of an item they two employees where very friendly and professional. My wife and I stopped in on the way back from a funeral in north Western Nc . She got the hot ham cheese I ordered the hotdog combo. Got the food took it to the table opened the hotdog no onions, the hotdog was hanging out about 3/4 of an inch on both sides I thought it was on a hamburger bun. Great location and kind employee! We stopped here on the way home from vacation. I went inside because we were hauling a camper. There was only one man working behind the counter, working the drive thru and the inside was closed. He very kindly still let me order. If I could give -10 stars I would. This place is ridiculous. We waited over 30 min for our food. We were charged incorrectly for a $10 item we didn't order. Got a refund on that. Place is out of bottled water asked what we would like instead and then when we tell them an OJ they tell us it will cost more money. I ordered a salad and got it with no fork. My husband had to go in and they are out of forks and gave him a spoon to eat a salad on our road trip. After leaving we found that our drinks were incorrect as well. This was my first visit to a Hardee's restaurant and I was very happy with it. We walk in and someone is out washing the tables and we were greeted quickly by a young lady at the register. After we placed our order which was 2 meals only costing 13 dollars and some change the meal was brought out to us at our table which is a nice touch. The meals themselves were very good, nice thick hamburgers and lightly salted French fries. The only issue I have is their condiment station was dangerously low. Also the bathrooms were very clean which is always nice. If I am in this area again I will definitely consider stopping here again. read more

Came in here expecting a good meal, but when we ordered they didn't even have chicken tenders, even while having 2 advertisements for them. The service was horrible and the owner had an attitude to not only us, but multiple others. I also asked for a plain cheeseburger, (patty and cheese) not only did they have a small sliver of cheese, which didn't even cover half of the burger, but they also added pickles, mustard, and ketchup. My boyfriend and I stopped there for a bite to eat on our way to our vacation and as soon as we walked in, there were 2 garbage cans right inside of the entrance that were overflowing and had flies around them. Overflowing to the point that I couldn't put one cup in the garbage because some was falling on the floor. We both had to go to the bathroom and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. She was unnecessarily rude and when we decided we wanted to cancel our order and wanted a refund, she basically threw the money at my husband. This restaurant has been rolling downhill since it opened about twenty years ago. Lengthy waits for your "fast" food are the norm. The current staff tends to be rude and uncaring about the customer. If you go to the drive-thru plan on having to "pull-up" to wait for your food. I live in this area and choose to eat elsewhere, especially since they "cleaned house" a few months ago and got rid of some of the best workers they have ever had. The addition of the Red Burrito line was, in my opinion, one of the dumbest things they have ever done as this community already has a number of authentic Hispanic restaurants that can't be beat by this crap that Red Burrito serves.
