Not an ideal experience. They told us they would help us in a minute. They acknowledged we were there. After waiting for close to 10 minutes they only helped drive up window customers. I was the 16th person to walk out with out being helped. read more

I two ordered a crispy chicken BLTs in the drive thru . When I got to the window it was immediately ready. Upon opening the bag , we had two crispy chicken sandwiches , not BLT's, and they seemed To have been sitting under the warmer for quite sometime. Not very crispy. I was not given a receipt and paid with a debit card , so didn't even know how much I was charged . We went back thru the drive thru and told them . She said let me throw those out and get you the correct ones , but I must charge you more. It was an extra $4.29. We said ok, she actually handed the wrong sandwiches back to the cook and he threw on 2 pieces of bacon, and a soggy tiny piece of lettuce , removed 1/2 the pickles and handed them back , like they were new sandwiches. I am allergic to pickles , the reason we were disappointed in the wrong sandwich they gave us in the first place , it only HAD pickles on it. What a disappointment. I still Did not get a receipt the second time taking the remainder $4.29 in cash . I had to throw 1 sandwich in the trash , due to laziness on their part and horrible customer service ! I stopped in on my way through town and had the worst crispy chicken sandwich here yesterday! It was totally burnt, tough and gross. The only good thing about the meal was the hot/fresh onion rings. There were many other diners eating here so maybe it was a fluke but I'll never go back. read more

While traveling to Rapid City we were starving so we decided to stop in at this Hardee's restaurant. When we went to the drive thru we were greeted by a less than pleasant employee who seemed frustrated that we needed a couple of seconds to look at the menu on a night where there was no one in sight. When we finally did order she continued to be short and it took forever to finally get our food. When it came time to eat our meals we were disappointed by the quantity of the food we got for the price we paid. This is definitely an overpriced chain restaurant. The food quality is comparable to other fast food restaurants but again the price was ridiculous. This is the second time we've eaten at a Hardee's and most likely the last. If you can hold out wait till you get to an area where there are more food options. read more

Foods good, service is slow. Price was outrageous. Coming from California for me to say the price was high, it was high.

I had an order over $50. Ordered 3 medium fries & 1 curly fry with our combos. Checked the bag for accuracy (because there's always something wrong with our order from here) and we received 2 curly fries and 2 French fries. Pulled over and parked to go inside the restaurant to fix the order. Leslie had the audictity to lie to my face that the order said 2 of each and that it was our fault. I tell her it's actually your fault and I'd just like my French fries I ordered. She refused and tells me I need to go back out to the car to get them so she can throw them away as she's lying to me again that the order says 2 of each. I reculantly head back to the car (with sleeping babies (which is why we used the drive thru in the first place)) to grab the fries Y'all messed up and still get attitude from Leslie about the fries. Come to find out the receipt says 3 medium fries and 1 curly. So not only did I not receive any customer service, I was lied to my face several times, and received so much attitude from Leslie. I will NEVER return to this Hardess. And I really hope you take the time to look into Leslie and her customer service. She has none and shouldn't have a job that deals with customers. Horribly slow and rude. We went inside and ordered 2 meals to go, both of which we discovered were wrong when we got to the car. Cashier insisted that I ordered a double cheeseburger instead of chicken. I waited for 25 minutes for her to finally produce a new order. Meanwhile, all of the waiting customers were privy to the loud and continuous bickering that was going on between the cashier, drive thru person, and cook staff. Add the watery ketchup and bitter-tasting Coke to the mix and this made for an extremely unpleasant experience. read more

Good things first, the food is actually pretty good and they've never messed up my order. I come here pretty often (maybe once or twice every 2 weeks) and everything is consistent. The foodd is consistently good and the service is consistently bad. The people who work the drive thru have not once been any little bit of polite. Particularly the male window employee is short with me if I ask for a condiment and slams the window shut as if I'm pissing him off like no other. Any sort of niceties will not be given by these employees.. Over close to 30 visits and they're always rude. But the fries are great read more

Had breakfast here this morning at 9:00. My husband and I ordered the breakfast platter. We ate inside. While my husband was breaking the biscuit into bite-sized pieces before pouring the gravy on, he noticed several green spots on the biscuit (looked like mold). I took the biscuit to the counter and the manager on duty took the biscuit from me and looked at the green spots. She said, "Oh, that's grease from the machine. What did you have?" I told her the platter. She went to the back food area then brought a biscuit out with a pair of tongs. She started to hand the biscuit to me. I looked at her funny because I thought it was unbelievable that she didn't put the biscuit on or in something. She turned around and put the biscuit on a napkin and handed it to me. Not so much as a further explanation of the green substance or an apology. She just acted disgusted and walked away. We used to come here at least once a month but will not be doing so anymore. read more
