Apparently, these people don't understand the term fast food. I never denigrate someone working for a living but don't dare tell me how hard you're working when I've been watching you for over 20 minutes. I went back to the register and paid cash for my soft drink and told the employee that I was going to reverse the charge on my card because I never received my food. Anyhow, that's it. I wish I could tell you whether the food was good or bad but I have no idea. But I do know it's a happy place to work; the employees were having a ball!

That makes no sense at all. Why would you wait until after taking my money to say something like that? As a customer, I expect basic respect and honesty before I pay, not after. What you did feels careless and unprofessional. If you know something is not fresh or not worth ordering, you should be upfront from the start, not warn people after the fact. That completely ruins trust and makes me question everything about how your business is run. It puts me in a position where I feel like I wasted my money and got misled. I will not be coming back, and I would not recommend this place to anyone if this is how customers are treated.
