I was misinformed,…read moreswindled, taken advantage of and treated horribly after repairs were needed immediately after purchase. Check engine light came on, on my way home from the dealership. The day of purchase. I was informed that I had to pay out of pocket for the pre-existing repairs that were needed. Or "wait the 30 days for the warranty to possibly pick it up." With my experience, warranties do not pay for pre-existing repairs. Nor should they have to. This establishment is full of greedy, dishonest employees and management. So I took my vehicle elsewhere to have the repairs completed. I was informed by my mechanic that I could have returned the vehicle and gotten out of the contract, 2 weeks to late. I spoke with the previous owner of the vehicle (found paperwork in glove box) and they stated that they informed the salesman of the same repairs that I experienced. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere instead of paying for high priced junk that the business does not take accountability for. I will be going through a lengthy court process to resolve my issue. I hope my review can help future buyers from the same headache.

This guy is a total joke. About 3 weeks ago I made an appointment for a Sunday at 12:00 p.m.. the guy hit me up on Saturday asking me when I was going to be there. I assured him that I told him Sunday at 12:00 p.m.. Then he proceeds to ask me what my ETA would be. I assured him that my ETA had not changed from Sunday at 12:00 p.m.. then on Sunday at 12:00 p.m. he tells me that he won't be available and I can come back the next day. Needless to say I drove from Klamath falls to Medford to look at a car. He knew this and still tried to blow me off. Then asked me again what my ETA would be and that there is a reason why he asked me. So I explained to him for a third time that I said 12:00 p.m. on Sunday and that my ETA has not changed. So then the guy wanted me to wait 20 to 30 minutes for him to finally get down to his auto dealer business and wouldn't give me the address or the name of the business until he had already arrived there. So I got tired of waiting and went to another dealership called American Auto sales where I was treated with respect and gratitude and was able to purchase a nice vehicle. Do not go to this place if you want a decent car from a decent person. I highly recommend American Auto sales. The owner there John was great and respectful and was able to get us a vehicle off of his lot within 30 minutes.

I visited the Honda service center specifically to address an active recall on my vehicle's…read moreheadlight. During this initial consultation, I spoke directly with Brandon "Ray," who, after thoroughly verifying my vehicle's VIN, confirmed the recall's validity. Crucially, he explicitly informed me that the necessary replacement part needed to be ordered and that the entire service would be covered under warranty, incurring absolutely no cost to me. Relying on this clear assurance, I left with the understanding that the repair would proceed free of charge. This initial consultation alone required me to adjust my work schedule and take time off. I received a call from Ray, confirming the arrival of the required part. We then scheduled a dedicated appointment for me to bring in my vehicle for the repair. Once again, I made the necessary arrangements, including taking a second day off from work, to ensure I could facilitate the vehicle drop-off for the scheduled service. However, upon my arrival for the scheduled appointment and drop-off, I was directed to a different service representative. To my considerable surprise and dismay, this new representative informed me that the headlight recall repair would incur a charge. This sudden and unexpected introduction of a cost directly contradicts the unequivocal assurance I received from Brandon "Ray" during my initial visit, where it was explicitly stated that the recall service would be performed under warranty and without charge. The conflicting information regarding the service cost, especially after making significant personal arrangements based on Brandon "Ray's" word, is not only deeply confusing but also exceptionally frustrating. The inconvenience of taking two separate days off from work - first for a consultation and then for the scheduled repair - has been substantial and entirely wasted due to this inconsistency. Brandon "Ray" made a commitment & now it's not being honored. I believe it is reasonable to expect consistent and accurate information from Honda, especially concerning safety recalls. Be careful taking your vehicle here.
