I was very impressed by Chris' knowledge and trouble shooting capabilities when he solved the problem in a matter of 15 minutes. He turned out to be the new owner purchasing the business about 4 months ago after gaining years of experience and knowledge at a large local Honda dealer. This guy is a total joke. About 3 weeks ago I made an appointment for a Sunday at 12:00 p.m.. the guy hit me up on Saturday asking me when I was going to be there. I assured him that I told him Sunday at 12:00 p.m.. Then he proceeds to ask me what my ETA would be. I assured him that my ETA had not changed from Sunday at 12:00 p.m.. then on Sunday at 12:00 p.m. he tells me that he won't be available and I can come back the next day. Needless to say I drove from Klamath falls to Medford to look at a car. He knew this and still tried to blow me off. Then asked me again what my ETA would be and that there is a reason why he asked me. So I explained to him for a third time that I said 12:00 p.m. on Sunday and that my ETA has not changed. So then the guy wanted me to wait 20 to 30 minutes for him to finally get down to his auto dealer business and wouldn't give me the address or the name of the business until he had already arrived there. So I got tired of waiting and went to another dealership called American Auto sales where I was treated with respect and gratitude and was able to purchase a nice vehicle. Do not go to this place if you want a decent car from a decent person. I highly recommend American Auto sales. The owner there John was great and respectful and was able to get us a vehicle off of his lot within 30 minutes.

We worked with "Big" Lin, a salesman at the dealership. He ended up working almost 2 weeks finding a car that fit our needs. He didn't get annoyed or frustrated when we'd rebuke his offerings He called this morning with a nice, older Toyota Camry. Looks great. Runs great. All at a price we could afford. So we went through the process and are now driving that little Camry. I really appreciate the effort he put in for, what I imagine, wasn't a huge commission. My wife and I are happy and we recommend "Big" Lin.
