I do want to begin by saying that if I was in the US, I would not seek out or choose to eat at a Hard Rock Cafe. There aren't a lot of chain restaurants that really appeal to me or leave me satisfied after. Butttt....when you're halfway around the world and just want some american food and veggies, this was a good option. We were seated quickly, as there was no wait. Our waitress was ok, but not super attentive. I went multiple times with an empty glass and had to keep asking for more water. Though I don't feel like this is uncommon at all in the area, I just don't know if europeans don't care if their glass is empty or the standards for service just aren't the same. Tipping is different there, so maybe that has an impact. What I did like is they local source some of their ingredients. The rolls are made by a local bakery chain and I think it said the beef was local as well. I ordered a burger and it was surprisingly good. I don't know if it is because I hadn't had one in quite some time or that I was comparing it to the other menu items in Austria that I'd been experiencing all week but it satisfied! You really need to emphasize if you want a rare burger over there too. I ordered rare and the waitress actually said, "So I will put i medium to medium-rare.". I reiterated that I want rare - like still bleeding. The burger was a good size too - 8 oz. I ordered veggies as a side just because I was wanting some veggies and they had been hard to come by. I think they were just frozen veggies - broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, carrots - nothing great. I had the fries that came with the burger. They were ok. My husband upgraded his fries to the parmesan and they were essentially the same as mine with some parmesan cheese and additional spices on top. They didn't even really stick, so I don't know if I feel they were worth the upgrade as the toppings fell off into the dish. I think they came with an upgraded dipping sauce - he didn't even use it. For the cost, which was reasonable, it hit the spot. If I were back home, I don't think I would have been able to eat all of it but since I was starving and jonesing for the food, I polished it off, no problem!

YAASSSSS. Coming to Innsbruck is such a treat for being in between Germany and Italy. What's even better is taking a break from all the schnitzel and having a piece of home! First off, I would love to thank ALL of the staff that was working!! You guys were quick, helpful, polite, and honesty a pleasure talking to!! Our waiter even sat down to get to know us and did this with multiple people. It was very pleasant !! Now for food, of course it was amazing it's hard rock!! How can you not like it!! We sat outside and enjoyed the lovely overcasted day and being able to people watch. I'm so glad we came here and was greeted with such happiness!!

One star, the only reason why I even gave them one is because the quality of the food was okay. I feel like I could've have ran to Vienna and back by the time it took to get our checks. Our server was blatantly being disrespectful by talking to the table next to us for half an hour while we were waiting on our checks. Hard Rock if you are reading this fire Benjamin. P.S. if you decide to go to Hard Rock after this review I highly suggest the Garlic Fries though.

So my husband, me, and some friends happened to take a weekend trip to Austria and didn't really know where to eat in this little town. We were starving trying to find a restaurant that we'd all agree on. We saw hard rock and thought it was the best solution due to our hangry circumstance. Anyways, there was no wait and the waitress was kind and sat us on a table right away. My husband and I shared the jumbo combo and got a side of Mac n cheese. It was delicious! We didn't really care for the bruschetta, but the chicken tenders and wings tasted real good. Also, the spring rolls was decent. The portion was good for two people. It was pretty pricey, but it's expected since it's located right in the city center. We'd probably never go to a Hard Rock in the US, but it was a pretty good experience for us here.

Really bad experience. Food cold and obviously sitting there a while. I usually love Hard Rocks in America.

We visited with people at the surrounding tables (you're pretty close together) and listened to the musicians down the way. The views are incredible and so relaxing. Loved it!

We ordered drinks + 2 appetizers, drawing a sour look from him, but offered that we might wish to order mains in a bit. Drinks came; appies too, which should have given the hint. (they were 'tired'). But, tired & hungry as we were, we ignored his lack of hospitality & ordered a mixed grill meal for 2 + 2 glasses of red wine from their list. The wine arrived, I tasted only to find it 'corked' and non-drinkable. Once I was able to get waiter's attention, I told him wine was 'corked'. The reply: "Yes, we use cork(s)". Given the language barrier, since neither of us speak German, I clearly let him know the wine was 'spoiled' and that I wished to order a different one (which cost more), then did so. He removed the 2 rejected goblets, one untouched. I also told him that he should delete those from our bill as wine was undrinkable. Our 2nd choice arrived shortly thereafter although dinners were still 15min away. (2nd wine was fine) When dinner finally came out it was dropped onto the table & waiter disappeared. We ate & sipped, the food was lukewarm at best. Vahlen, danke (check, thank you?) began with waiter simply presenting a total, which I rejected, asking for itemized bill. That drew a snarkier attitude but one was presented. I then reiterated that since the 1st choice of wine was unfit, I would not pay for it. Waiter claimed we'd drunk it so must pay. I reminded him that we'd NOT consumed it and that the 2nd wine was priced higher. He was adamant, as was I. After asking x3 to speak with his manager, he finally brought her to our table. He'd told her we refused to pay for wine we'd drunk, I called him a liar and, no big surprise, the manager believed him and directed him to summon the police. We agreed, which I do not think they saw coming. However, after waiting about 15minutes, we decided to just pay the bill via credit card & contest the charges later. After we turned on phones recording his refusals to give us a check, he finally relented & I paid it. As we left, I again made it clear to waiter that he had removed the bad wine himself and had blatantly lied to his manager, to us and to the police as well when reporting us. The server's attitude was horrible; the manager's was worse as she never spoke to us at all, despite speaking English, but only conversed in German with the waiter. The entire evening was spoiled by the total lack of hospitality and moreover, that of honesty. STAY AWAY FROM ORANGERIE!!!
