It has been a while since I dined at the Hard Rock Cafe, so I took the opportunity to come down to Hollywood for lunch. Upon arriving, finding a decent parking spot, and taking the elevator to the casino/hotel floor, I noticed the place was already bustling. I made my way through the smoke-filled casino to the Hard Rock Cafe, where I greeted the hostess and informed her of my reservation. I usually like sitting at the bar, but this time I sat in the dining area, overlooking the open kitchen. My server, Sabrina, was very pleasant and attentive. While scanning the menu, I saw a picture of the Messi Chicken Sandwich and decided to order it. I also ordered a Mango Guava Chiller, which was refreshing. The chicken sandwich, served with a small basket of seasoned fries looked appealing. It consisted of two tender Milanese-style chicken breast topped with melted provolone cheese, herded aioli, sliced tomatoes, and arugula, on a toasted artisan bun. The sandwich itself had a subtle flavor, which was gentle on the palate. It was too big for me to bite into, so I cut it into four pieces. We had a show at the Hard Rock so where else do you have dinner, the Cafe! We have been here quite a few years ago so I knew I would not be completely disappointed. I was not. I ad a Messi chicken sandwich. It did live up to its name. Plenty messy. Large Pieces of fried chicken breast. It had a fair amount of solo and Monterey cheese. A thin slice of tomato added to the slide. Must say it was rather tasty though. Fries were not seasoned and barely well done. I had a coconut guava Margarita that barely had tequila and Mezcal. We stopped in here to get a couple of drinks and some food before a show. The line to get in was long but we were seated in no time. Our server Evie bought us menus right away and returned quickly to get our order. We weren't too hungry so we decided on the appetizer platter for two and it was a great portion of food for a really reasonable price. I can't understand the people who are complaining about the prices here. It's a casino and prices in their restaurants tend to be higher. At first, I thought what could I get on this menu -but then my friend and I split the chicken fajitas. And my other two friends at the table did the same. The chicken was disproportionate in our entree v theirs and the manager was so great, that he immediately brought us more chicken (Without a charge). We went on the night of the Hard Rock holiday lights, and I really liked it. The service was amazing--our waiter got us in and out in about 45 minutes so we could make it to the show. Everyone was very nice, and the food was really good. I had the smash burger, which was cooked well and full of flavor. I was surprised to see what they had fajitas on their menu at the Hard Rock Cafe. The food selection is similar to what I'd see at Chili's. If you are looking American food, this restaurant has a pretty decent variety. This restaurant is right in the center of the casino. I walked up to the host desk and was seated pretty quickly. However, it took a while for a waitress to take my order. I think initially it was supposed to be another waitress, but ended up being someone else. I went during lunch where I ordered the steak fajitas. It was a decent choice. It's great that the hard rock hotel has free parking in the parking garage. We came to her Café to celebrate some birthdays and had some wonderful service. We had a party of seven and they were able to fit us easily. The food was OK, pretty standard, but The atmosphere was fun as there was some cover bands playing, the World Cup was going on outside of the restaurant, so very lively, and like I said, the service was great. They are allowed to smoke in a casino and the casino is right there, just as a note. I got the twisted mac & cheese & chicken and I would describe it as grilled chicken with chips and queso sauce as the cheese sauce. A Tex-Mex fusion if I could describe. They have a bunch of fun movie props hanging on the walls and a cute little store to shop at after. There are a few good restaurants at the Hard Rock. It is unfortunate because Hard Rock is a reasonably priced restaurant. I came here for my Birthday lunch. I was seated immediately. My waitress was Gina, she was very sweet and accommodating. Gina explained all the items on the menu and was very friendly. My food was brought out immediately and was hot. Everything went perfect. I couldn't have been happier with my choice. In terms of all the ones I've been to, this one is the least Hard Rock-y, there's artifacts on the wall of course, but the unique nature of it being a casino means it's all about sports betting and loud crowd suppressing music. We had an over hour long wait for a table, but the hosts and servers were all incredibly friendly. Food was pricier than any other HRC and portions were certainly smaller my $17 Caeser salad sans chicken was plated on a completely flat plate that could have fit in a ramekin. For the price of the Guinness, it was refreshing but I wouldn't go out of my way, especially because it was from a can and I assumed it was draft. I got the Swiss cheese burger and it came out with a side of fries. The fries had phenomenal crunch to them and they were seasoned wonderfully! The burger was cooked medium/well and the cheese was melted perfectly. The burger was very juicy but I do wish there was more mushrooms on it to be considered a Swiss and mushroom burger. Prices are decent, a burger running $20 dollars. Good burger but not for the inflated price, but you're paying it because you're at the hard Rock.
