The service has a little been slow at times, but the food has always been good and all the servers we've experienced have been friendly. I have especially enjoyed the Bombshell Chicken Sandwich and Hideway's Grilled Cheese. (They have several different grilled cheese options and they are all on sourdough bread either an accompanying cup of tomato soup.) The prices are reasonable and they have a full bar and live entertainment some evenings. Hideaway's is a unique experience; and a fun place to gather. It's easy to get to from anywhere in Plantation and there's lots of free parking. I'm hoping that Hideaways is here to stay!

We did wait a little over an hour for our appetizers, and when they finally arrived, our entrées were brought out only a couple of minutes later. Additionally, I have a mushroom allergy, and some mushrooms were accidentally mixed in with the grilled onions on top of my steak. What impressed me most was how quickly and professionally the situation was handled. As soon as management became aware of the cross-contamination issue, they immediately stepped in, took it seriously, and worked quickly to correct it. Their response demonstrated a genuine commitment to guest safety and satisfaction, which I greatly appreciated.
