And would suggest Ro anyone engaging them to walk everything down - grading, elevation, proper footing, dimensions, methods TWICE. Go over everything twice. Make sure you are on the same page and that the final intended put-through end result is CLEAR. They came every two weeks to cut the grass but today will be there last day. While cutting her grass something flew and hit the glass on the front door and it shattered. She let them know and they came and looked. He explained his brother deal with glass work and windows and would he will repair it for free and he told her she wouldn't have to pay for the grass being cut this time due to the damaged. Once the door was repaired she noticed how the sliding part was hard to move around and let him know of that issue and he stated he will oil it for her then he asked for a payment for the grass being cut and she repeated what he told her about how the grass cut will be free. He replied back and said I just said that cause I was coming back to fix the glass. They talked back and forth about it and in a rude manner he told her she can find someone else to fix the door and the grass and left. My grandmother is a 85 year old women who lives on her own and I feel like they tried to get over on her for the damage they made...I will not recommend them to no one and will be letter others in the neighborhood who use them know of this behavior!
