If you are a tourist in Destin, this is the main attraction outside of the beach. The Village has restaurants, shopping, entertainment for adults and kids and many of the excursions leave from here (boat rides, tours, etc). We were in Destin for a week and came multiple nights. We loved the restaurants, the convenience of being able to go place to place to place and just hang out. We ate at multiple places and shopped everywhere. Highlights: - great views of the harbor, especially when dining - live music at multiple locations - lots of variety for the entire family in one place - free attractions to draw you there, we saw an air show and fireworks show one night Lowlights: - pay to park or take the water taxi, both are pricey - drinks and food are EXPENSIVE here, you are in a tourist trap - crowds, there's ALWAYS a crowd - the smell... depending on the day it can be pretty bad due to fishing boats cleaning fish right on dock It's definitely worth checking out. My daughter got her hair wrapped at one of the vendors for $35 and it lasted for an entire month. We thought that was pretty cool.

What can I say about HarborWalk village. My family spent 7 days in the area and had Ana amazing time going to all the shops, restaurants, walking the path and just enjoying the time. If you're ever in Destin, make it a point to visit the HarborWalk. Family activities for all ages from zip lining, to boat rides and everything in between.

Harbor Walk Village is a cool place in Destin met my family and I visited. We went to a lot of different places and shows and we saw a pirate boat and I'll kinds of good things while we were at the harbor walk. It is $10 to pay to park there which I didn't like but that's OK it is what it is but overall fun place with a lot of cool adventures

Amazing vacation staying at the Emerald Grande at Harborwalk. Free parking, open public restrooms, incredible views of the marina and Crab Island, and amazing shops and restaurants. Extremely convenient! Plenty of restaurants to choose from as you walk along the harbor. Beautiful sunsets and views.

Cute tourist area in Destin with shops, hotels, restaurants, bars, food trucks, and children's games. Lots of dolphin cruises and fishing charters also leave from this area. Bonus- you are allowed to walk around here with an open container. Disappointment- it smells pretty bad here and fishermen hang & gut their fish right at the shore.

Great restaurants and great shops! I enjoyed walking on the broad walk and shopping with my family. I got great souvenirs to bring back home! The restaurant I enjoyed eating at was The Rhumcay. It was all the way in the end of the boardwalk by the Life is Good shop. They have the cutest sitting dinning area outside and the food was delicious. The seating area outside are swings and fits a family of 6. I would say that the boardwalk is not COVID friendly. Alot of the people working at the shops are not wearing masks as well as the people that we were passing by. The boardwalk itself is short and has limited amount of stores but still great to check out!

I've been to Destin's Harborwalk Village many many times and I still enjoy going spend the day here. There is a variety of restaurants, beach shops, clothing stores, concessions, and water activities. There is also the Harborwalk Marina here with tons of boats for daily excursions. The Destin Sea Blaster party speed boat dolphin tour is so much fun! Omg, it's probably the funniest boat tour and the best dolphin tour I've been on. At the Harborwalk there is zip lining ( I seen someone get stuck!), escape room, henna and face painting, boardwalk games, 7D virtual interactive experience, timeshare pitches (Margaritaville), live music on the stage, occasional street performers and so much more! They have several seafood restaurants here (pricy!), street food/ food trucks( when are they operational?), caricature drawings, tye dye shirts (why not?) There is also a candy shop, coffee shop, cotton candy stand and more. At all of the restaurants you can have beachside dining! (That's worth the money right?!) There is also plenty of souvenir shops, jewelry shops and beach themed clothes. At the Harborwalk Village you can rent jet skis, paddle boards, kayaks, canoes, or ride pontoons, glass bottom boats, speed boats, party boats, catamarans and more! Destin's Harborwalk village is a great spot for lots of activities and options for things to do. Until next time!

The space has a cool indoor/outdoor setup, and the night we went they had live music, which made the whole place feel really lively. We sat inside but could still enjoy the music while catching some basketball games. The menu leans Mediterranean and everything looked incredible. We started with the tzatziki, shrimp wonton rolls, and potstickers. All three were great, but the shrimp wonton rolls were my favorite. For my main, I ordered the grilled shrimp pita (loaded with shrimp) with fries--definitely hit the spot. Around the table we also had burgers, a Mediterranean bowl, and pork belly tacos, and everyone loved their meals. We were so full we didn't even make it to dessert. Overall, great vibe, great food, and a fun atmosphere. Definitely worth checking out--just plan on taking an Uber or Lyft since parking is limited.

We brought in our fresh catch for their "Hook and Cook" experience, and from the time we sat down the folks at Brotula's treated us like celebrities! The restaurant was spacious and well decorated and made you feel like you were on the beach but then nothing could compare to the experience which was simply amazing! Chef Terrance was sensational and worked his magic for real! He took our fresh haul of fish and prepared it three different ways! The Vermilion snapper was fried to golden-brown perfection, the Tuna was blackened with a deep and sultry flavor, while the Triggerfish was beautifully seared. And let's not forget about those phenomenal sides which included roasted broccolini, crispy Brussels sprouts, fried corn, French fries, and some of the best creamy gouda grits I've ever had. We even had an amazing seared Lionfish dish as this was during the Emerald Coast Open. But the day would not have been complete it was not for our server, Naz. No words can describe how much he elevated the experience! The attention to detail was flawless, and his anticipation of our needs was so on-point I don't think we ever had to ask for a anything. This is the type of service you can write a book about! So if you are in Destin and especially if you've been fishing and need a place to cook your catch, please do yourself a favor and hop on over to Brotula's! Huge thanks to Naz and Chef Terrance!

The main part consisted of 1lb snow crab, cluster crab, gulf shrimp, mussels, and king crab. The cajun flavor enhanced the dinner experience much more, and our entire family finished the whole plate. We have never ate seafood like this before, and it felt so good to explore another famous taste of authentic seafood. Try to enter around 6-7 pm, because the restaurant prioritizes outside seating and it does get packed after the said hours. When you visit Destin, maybe give this delicious seafood restaurant a try.

First off, this is not a real Cuban sandwich. The bread was completely wrong. Real Cuban bread, especially if you've ever had one from Ybor City in Tampa, has a very specific texture and press. I even explained before ordering that I only wanted the outside pressed and toasted, while the inside stays cool. That's how an authentic Cuban is made. Instead, they brought out a sandwich that was heated completely through. The meat, cheese, everything inside was hot. It completely ruined the sandwich. When I politely asked about it, the employee seemed irritated and had an attitude about remaking it. They eventually brought another one out, but honestly it still was not good. The bread tasted wrong and the sandwich itself just wasn't enjoyable. It got worse from there. My grandson ordered chicken tenders and fries. The tenders were bad, and the fries tasted like old grease that should have been changed hours earlier. My wife ordered a shredded chicken and cheese sandwich that honestly smelled questionable, like the chicken may have been turning. The final straw was the fruit cup having visible mold growing in it. At that point we lost our appetite and decided to leave. Very disappointing experience overall. Poor food quality, bad execution, and not worth the money. We will not be returning.
