Each meat has a great amount of intramuscular fats that melts in your mouth as you eat pho or even Shabu. I would buy 2 pounds of this every time, enough for a family of 4 or 5. I can see behind the counter that the butchers are busy slicing the meat away daily. If they don't have it in the fridge, they will slice it for you as you order. Parking can be a little tight since it's part of a small shopping center. I came here during my lunch hour and thankfully was able to find a parking spot.
