I ordered 1 al pastor burrito, 3 lengue tacos, 1 pastor taco, 2 tripas, and 2 cabeza. The order took about 10 minutes to complete even though I was the only customer. The self service bar had everything you needed, 4 separate sauces, cilantro, onion, radish, cucumber, limes, and pickled onions, jalapenos, and habaneros. I took it to go to eat at home and after the 10 minute drive and walk into my apartment everything was still super hot and smelt amazing. The pastor is some of the best I've had in a while, super flavorful and juicy. The lengue was tender, the cabeza almost had a tallow flavor, and the tripas was crispy. All excellent choices in my book. The sauces were spicy, however, in a blind taste test I don't think I could distinguish between any of them.
