Aldi's has become my go to grocery store because of the low prices and quality of food. Although…read morethe store is smaller than larger chains, they carry a select number of items that are good quality. The green onions are all packed in a sealed plastic bag to keep them clean. The milk and eggs are great quality and lower priced than other stores. Only a few times that I've encountered they can do better on the fresh fruits and deli meats. The strawberries were moldy or the prosciutto was hardening. But they usually do a good job on removing those items off the shelves.

But the auto center messed up the star rating when they gave my ex gf a horrible experience a few weeks ago. She went there ti buy and install 4 new tires. The guy in auto center was rude. Plus the installers overinflated her tires up to 12 pounds. Not sure why they would do that crap. Her door jam clearly says 30 pounds. Why would you put 42 pounds in her tires ???? So it can cause premature tire wear or just negligence?? Additionally, they fooled around with her positive battery terminal and left it loose. So her car was having issues with starting intermittently and her dash clock kept resetting every time she turned off vehicle. Why would you mess with anything under the hood when you are just changing tires???? Oh, last but not least, they didn't replace her valve stems and they ruined one of them. I swear I wish I were there when she took her vehicle there. I would've made them do everything right or give us a full refund and take your tires back. I swear.

When I walked in, I saw that the entrance/exit doors had gates to prevent shoplifting. I can't believe how much this place has changed over the years. It honestly makes me feel like this was the first time being here. As for renewing my registration and license tag, this was my first time doing this and I had to ask the security lady if she could help me, and she happily did. After I had some difficulties, I started screaming like Malcolm from Haunted House 2 when his believed dog got crushed by a heavy suitcase, and he dramatically tried to revive her. That's what my scream sounded like when I was frustrated, except I didn't revive a mushed dog and my scream wasn't that loud. But the security lady was caring and kind, and she helped me out. Within minutes, I was able to figure out how to use the kiosk without my dad having to do all the work for me. Eventually, I was able to get my new registration and a new license tag in the process. I thanked her.

Very disappointing customer service experience…read more I placed an order the night before for pickup between 6:00-7:00 PM. I was informed by the pickup department that my order had been canceled at approximately 5:40 PM--just 20 minutes before my scheduled pickup time. If the items were unavailable or there was an issue with my order, I should have been notified several hours earlier. Instead, I received no communication and was left to find out at the last minute. I spoke with Johnny, the closing manager, about my concerns. Unfortunately, his response was very rude, defensive, and unprofessional. Instead of acknowledging the inconvenience or trying to help resolve the situation, he was disruptive during the conversation and made an already frustrating experience even worse. I understand that inventory issues happen, but customer service and communication are extremely important. A simple phone call or notification earlier in the day could have prevented this entire situation. I hope management and corporate take this feedback seriously and address the way customers are treated, especially when dealing with canceled orders and frustrated customers.

Very disappointing visit, should have looked for a Subway or another Deli . The Deli service felt unfriendly and unkind. The turkey provolone had only a sliver slice of provolone. This 6" reg sand was $9.99 - seems pricey for what is provided. I guess I should have driven further back to usual Supermarket. My usual supermarket is Stater Brothers which offers much better friendly service .

Vons is is a great option to purchase extra food or snacks that may cost too much money to buy either within the parks themselves or from hotel gift shops. The store itself was very clean and very well organized and found what I needed in no time! The checkout process was also fast, and I was able to quickly get out of there as I wasn't looking to buy much and just wanted to bring back everything to the hotel for our stay during the Disneyland trip. Vons was a good stop while on a quick trip to Disneyland. If you are staying near by and would like to pick up some food, drinks or even some quick groceries for your room, Vons is a good option to have close to the parks.

I got a 3item combo for around $14, and it comes with a side and 3 dishes which I got fried chicken pieces, pork, and a beef dish with chow mein. You can also eat there since they had tables and seating! The food was pretty good, I think it was worth it and it was warm still. The place was fairly empty but still had people shopping, I think it's a good 99 ranch markets stop for when I need Asian groceries.
