My experances in the last year and a half it's been NOTHING but a disappointment. Many times I just left. The problem is their staff and there're old. Never finding any to help even thou I see many red vested workers. If things are going to be overprice which they are. There service sucks. The moments I need help workers make excuses that its not their department. In the past I've purchased paint that when I got home it was frozen at one point. Hard to believe that one. The paint itself was on the shaker for a couple of minutes so when I got home it was still not mixed. Other times the checkout machines were down and no-one knows anything. Half hearted apologys followed. Look I get it. It's an older community here and where else are they going to work? It truly is a awful place to go. Lastly the dog washing area is disgusting and nobody cleans it. We made the mistake of having our pooch bathed there a few times DIRTY every time. THAT is a review in itself. Then he went out to my car to measure if it'll fit, and helped loading it too. He also helped me walk thru the store to pick out some accessories. The grill he pointed out to me was such a great price, I couldn't pass it up. As he's measuring my trunk with my husband, the cashier was telling me how wonderful my choice was and gave me extra tips on caring and cooking with the blackstone. She greeted me warmly and attentively, and we made some small-but-meaningful chit-chat. Then, upon learning that she was out of my requested product, the owner proceeded to recommend an alternative and give me a free sample of it. Afterward, I left feeling quite satisfied, as if I'd bought exactly what I wanted, despite buying nothing at all. All in all, great service. Keep it up :)

The garden center is quite nice, and I recently scored some late season clearance mums for a $1 each. They'll last long enough to give my front entrance some color, and then I'll plant them in the backyard. Lowe's also carries large, 2-gallon watering cans for only $6. (Could not find any at Home Depot.) Recently, my husband and I were in the market to replace our 20-year old electric range. We shopped the Thanksgiving Day sales just about everywhere in town and online, and we found the best deals at Lowe's. Others must have figured that out as well, as the Lowe's appliance section was filled with buying customers on the Tuesday after the holiday. We waited about 15 minutes for assistance, and it was worth it to talk to an experienced associate. Looking forward to baking some treats in my new Frigidaire convection oven!

These two entities do not work together. I ordered $ 1700 cabinets and countertops and dishwasher. It was supposed to be 2 deliveries appliance first then the rest in a week. Those deliveries were made but the second shorted me 1/2 the counter and missing cabinet. Lowes online fulfilled it from a store over 1 hour away. They did not have the cabinet so they did not make arrangements to deliver them. Online said they can get them to me in 10 days. I now have a kitchen 1/2 done and no delivery. My local Lowes has them and told me come by them buy them that's all they're doing. I ordered them because they are big and 10 ft long. I do not have a truck that is why ordered. My credit card has been charged like between 1700 and 3 grand more confusion to figure out. Most people understand the level of service at these stores is real low but the intentional runaround system is a trap be careful ordering anything . They are not designed for the customer only they are more for your credit card and emails
