She looks like a crackhead, granny. And she's keeping an eye on me a customer who's just looking in the store for the first time.... it's not like I've been there before... secondly I have my hands full of groceries and I don't look like someone who's just gonna walk in and steal something... I thought it was rude as fuck and I told her I wouldn't buy anything from the store anyway, and I walked out... I'm sure she doesn't care and I'm sure she won't care about this review because like I said, she looked like she's a cracked out granny...

Very unprofessional rude and bad buisness owner I couldn't believe it. I will not take my business there ever again there are a tone of vape shops around here so if you shop there know that they will not do an exchange or refund if your product is defective you just loose your money smh

I NEVER give any local business a horrible review. This is the FIRST horrible review I've ever given. This place had stolen MY MONEY with my debit card. I'd not entered my PIN. They had charged me TWICE the first time ~ same amount to BOTH my Discover card AND my debit card! Discover had done the right thing. This Tobacco Island had used my debit card as a credit card. I'd not entered my PIN. So, they had charged my debit card a bogus, large amount of money when I was NOT PRESENT in THAT store. They have refused to return that bogus, nearly $400! I'd filed with my bank TWICE re: nearly $400. TWICE, Tobacco Island had refused to return my money to me. There is a MUCH BETTER tobacco/sundries/CIGAR HUMIDOR shop in Carolina Shores, NC. They are: professional, friendly, honest, knowledgeable and more than worth the extra few minutes!
