It is nice to see all the pipes on the internet however point of sale is made by visual seeing and touching! Management should look at their pipe store in Dublin and model this store after that one. Estate pies should have a wall, a Peterson wall as well as a Savinelli wall! No one gets to go into the warehouse in Loris, so why not merchandise the only store that you have with walls of pipes. Marty and Kevin are outstanding, helpful, patient, and genuinely passionate about cigars. They've introduced me to several cigars that were new to me and have now become personal favorites. Their humidor is excellent, well-stocked with a thoughtful selection that makes choosing a cigar a pleasure. I found a few sticks which I haven't sen in quite a while and these were some of the best sticks I ever smoked. I was impressed with the cozy lounge which had some very comfortable seating and TV for entertainment. They do have coffee/water/Netflix/Cable or satellite TV. If you must find for yourself hit her in person & make your best call but they do got good variety so you won't be let down whether be their own or brands you'd buy regularly.

I ask him for a recommendation and he did not steer me wrong. So while the wife, daughter and granddaughter went shopping, I struck up a conversation with Lior and 3 other customers in the store, puffed on a potent, but flavorful 70x5 cigar, and watched the world go by for an hour or so. Doesn't get much better than that! When I left, I thanked Lior for his hospitality, and he thanked me for my repeat business. Customer service like that is hard to find these days, but you find it here in spades. I highly recommend The Cigar Exchange.

I told her I was trying to decide between two cigars. She then began asking me questions I presume to help me choose however what was frustrating was her description of the cigars seemed pretty inaccurate. Not to mention I had stated something I liked about a certain cigar and she went to correct me. I found it amusing because on the cigar manufacturing website they clearly state what tobacco is used, and that was the tobacco I referenced but persistent to argue with me about it. After dropping it because it was clear she didn't understand what she was talking about, I asked for a more cigars with the tobacco leaf I was looking for. She then proceeded to recommend me cigars not even close... idm people not having knowledge but she was pretentious without even having the proper facts. Not to mention i felt pressured to make a decision as she stood in the humidor and watched me as I was browsing. As far as price, meh, it's not the most expensive place but it sure as hell is not the cheapest either. You'll have better luck going online or to the Smoker Friendly in Leland. Cramped area inside, not really a lounge but a small shop with some chairs. Selection was okay at best but that's just preference.

The bartender did pop out to check on us a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. He was extremely accommodating and gave us a cool trucker hat to auction off! The charity was First Fruit Ministry so they received tons of donations and Cape Fear Customs raised over $900 for them! Great night, fun, funky spot!!

When we arrived, we noticed that there was a live band playing in the garage area and according to the schedule, this happens quite frequently, which was great to see the wine and tap room offers a wide variety of beer and wine. We tried two of the local IPAs that came from Wilmington, North Carolina. Overall, we had a great experience because we enjoyed the service, loved the atmosphere and loved the selection of beers. Definitely try this one out if you come to Ocean Isle Beach.
